I am sponsoring my spouse under outland processing. He is in the US and has a visitor visa. He owns a car, which he intends to import into Canada.
We plan to apply outland and he move to Canada and finish the remaining formalities from within Canada.
My question is: If we apply outland and he moves to Canada (using visitor visa) after applying, can he import his car? Or does he need to show he has a PR to import a car?
