Spousal sponsorship TRV

Hello!
We have some questions regarding TRV for the Principal applicant of an ongoing spousal sponsorship visa application.
1- if TRV was approved, should the application be changed from outland to inland? What steps should be followed ?
2- if the TRV was not approved, should we edit the spousal sponsorship application and add the TRV refusal in the previous Visa refusals section?

1. There is no such thing. But should effect a change of address via webform; this should prompt IRCC to do a virtual landing when approved instead of passport request and submission abroad. There are no longer that many differences between inland and outland anyway, at least differences that apply in most cases.
