That helps. Thank you.Iam not sure what does Electronic signature mean on this. We got a letter from my husband`s grandpa and he wrote it on his latop, then printed it and signed it, thats how we added ours to the application.

Okay. Thank you for your additional point.Just to add, if it’s an electronic signature, have them add their contact information (numbers and email).
You can also send letters sent you you straight as an email. You print the email in a way it shows the sender’s email address. And they should include other contact information as well.
