My husband is from the US and I am from Canada (we married in Canada). We are applying outland but he will be in Canada for much of that duration on a visitor visa. Here are my questions:

1) on the sponsor questionnaire, the question "are you living with someone" comes up. What do I put to this. He lives with me (he is here and has been for almost a year). Is answering yes a problem when applying outland? Is it ok that he is living with me while we apply outland?

2) should he be listing our home in canada as his address or his address in the states (his parent's)?

Thank you!!!

1. When they ask that question, they mean someone else aside from your spouse. However, it is totally OK for him to be living with you while applying Outland, so you can answer "yes" and put his name there.

2. He can list his address in Canada with you as his residential and mailing address, that is fine as well.
