Do the medical before you send the application and send the med form along with everything else. Try and complete the medical exam as close to sending off the application as you can, as it is valid for one year.

the meds fee should be part of the fee to send it to the regional dmp for ur office so thats weird that an extra fee but there is no way around it the dr need to send a copy to the regional dmp and u send the receipt to show it was done so if there is a fee just pay it or ur meds wont go anywhere but ask why that fee isnt part of the meds fee
I'm not certain I understand what you mean. Is someone trying to charge a fee here on top of the DMP's fee? Or that there is no individual fee levied by the DMP? I know a lot of people (myself included) have complained about the prices of the medical exam that the DMPs charge. I've also heard at least in Canada that it is very lucrative for the doctor to be a DMP. Anyway, just wanted to chime in and say no it's not unheard of for the DMP to charge a fee directly for the medical exam. Also, they'll give you a form to include with your application, but will send the actual report directly to the consulate office processing your file.

what i mean is the fee they charge for the medical exam should include the fee to send it to the regional DMP there shouldnt be a fee to do meds and then a fee to send to the regional dmp thats unfair because the purpose of doing meds is for it to be sent so thats crazy

Okay, I understand now. I agree with you. There should just be one fee that includes both the exam and the cost of forwarding the information.
