Spousal Sponsorship - Proof of Relationship

Hi everyone

My husband and I will be moving to BC at the end of November. From 1 to 31 December we will be staying in an Airbnb rental. We will then be moving into a leased rental from 1 January 2018. We will be submitting our PR application in December and I am trying to think of ways to show that we will be living together. Would the following work?

1) Lease agreement from 1 Jan 2018 with our names listed;
2) Home insurance policy from 1 Jan 2018 with our names listed; and
3) Letter explaining that we are in temporary accommodation in December and have provided documents from 1 Jan 2018 confirming a more permanent address.

Any other suggestions?

If possible, I would also include a letter from your AirBNB owner stating that the two of you were both living in the AirBNB that month.
