Help, Does anyone know who to talk to about processing time of my spousal sponsorship application. Application was submitted Dec 2017 and it still shows in process and I am to be removed from canada by Feb 28 2019

Have you contacted CIC? Normal processing time is 12 months but could be longer for complex cases.

I called IRCC and the agent said to keep waiting as it is still in process and there's nothing that can be done. I am so frustrated and stressed and I just had a baby

12 month is just an estimate. You must have been living illegally in Canada if you have a removal order. Many similar cases are not simple especially if there were previous attempts to remain in Canada.

Yes, My refugee claim was refused.

Many applications take longer than 12 months but given your immigration history there could be delays in processing. CBSA is who you really should be talking to if you are trying to delay removal.

I have been trying to link my application but not able to. Does anyone please have an idea on how to link application, maybe I am doing it wrong, i cant tell
