Spousal sponsorship - Police Clearance

Hi all,
Background:
Myself (Sponsor) : Permanent Resident in Quebec since April 2023. Indian citizen
Wife (Principal Applicant): Arrived in Canada on December 2019 - one month after she turned 18 - as a student. Currently on Coop-Work-Study permit and working full time since May 2024. Indian citizen.

We have a few of burning questions (could be obvious, please bare with us) :

1. Police Clearance Certificate : IRCC states that you need PCC from each place (other than Canada) where the applicant has stayed for more than 6 months after turning 18 year old --> In our case she stayed only a month since 18th birthday before travelling to Canada for studies. So I guess she should be exempted from submitting a PCC. But the PR portal asks for it as mandatory, even after filling in details of address history and personal history (I guess this part is not automated). Should we call IRCC to confirm ? OR just apply for a PCC and attach anyway ?

2. Do we need to submit the (many) part time jobs done while being a full time student in the Personal History section ? In our case some of them are overlapping and all of them are covered (time-line-wise) in the student part of the history.

3. IMM 5532 --> Sponsor income - I am working with the same employer for the last 3.8 years, but in 3 different teams and roles and hence different salaries. Current salary is same since March 2024. Is it OK to just mention it as one entry under employment history and write down the latest salary ?

Thanks in advance :)

1. You'll probably save time if you just apply for the PCC and include it.
2. Include main activity in the personal history section, whatever was closest to full time. If you feel necessary, you can include a short letter of explanation that while a student had part-time jobs. Up to you to decide. (Probably irrelevant unless possibly concern about financial viability of couple)
3. Yes.
