Yes its needed to tell the Canadian Tax department how much value of your things that is entering the country. Don't worry you will not be taxed on your items.
Also if you will be having some of your things shipped later you will have to check mark yes on "goods to follow" and also fill out B4A make sure after you have filled the forms out to take photo copies too

Yes, you can definitely write it down but make sure that it is legible and clear. Make sure you print it out clearly.

thanks po dt-tdot and mrs cam. tama po sinabi mo mrs. cam, hind matatapos ang april ng wala akong positive update. kaka check ko din ng ecas ko now lang. in process na rin pala ako nung april 22.i stopped checking kasi noon due to severe frustrations na naranasan ko. QUESTION ULIT: ilang photos po ba ang iproprovide ko? wla po kasing naka indicate dun sa apendix B. and confused din ako dun sa Appendix A, spouse ko ang sponsor ko, isusulat ko pa ba ang infos niya dun sa appendix A? slamat po

mabilis lang naman sis after 2weeks yung sa kin binalik nila.. pero ng.email aku sa Cem asking for tracking number..
okay naman sis., pag may sunshine enjoy na enjoy ku ang day pero pag.ulan malamig .. hahah..
fly ka na kasi .. agad agad.. hahah..
busy na aku eh., di na maxado maka.open ng forum ...
