Spousal Sponsorship - PHILIPPINES ( TIMELINE: starting July 2014)

Hello, maybe this is out of topic coz the title is for July applicants... but I want to take chances coz there maybe applicants have the same experience as mine.
I met my husband Sep 2012 while he's on vaccation, he works in Saudi Arabia.. we haven't seen each other after that 1st meeting coz he went back to Saudi on Oct 2012, then I migrated here in Canada Dec 2012. But we have a constant communication after that meeting just that we're not able to set a date after. He stated courting Sep 2013 and Jan 2014 we started a long distance relationship, last year I went home for my Dad's bday and at the same time meet his Mom and family., but hindi nya ako nasabayan umuwi 'coz the company did not allowed him na umuwi that month. He was able to went home April 2014 to meet my parents and ask permission na magpakasal kami (but no picture was taken). So last month we set the wedding and I went home with my uncle/auntie para sa wedding, technically our 2nd meeting is nung umuwi sya for our wedding. we stayed for 5weeks para sa preparation, wedding and vacation. My question is,

Q- enough na ba yung phonebills, chat messages, email, receipt from the gifts boarding passes nung umuwi kami ng 2014 (but different dates) and boarding passes ng uwi namin last month and pictures nung wedding (wala kaming pictures together nung gf/bf pa kami kasi LDR). puede na bang proof to? may ilang kaming pictures ng mga labas namin with friends and some pictures together, pero recently lang din.

Q- Medyo confused lang din, I need advice, Married name na ba gagamitin ko sa application? Di ko pa kasi na change names ko dito, like SIN, Healthinsurance, CRA.

november 4 2014 recieved my application (CPM)
january 28- SA
march 10 2015 - PPR
march 11 2015- passport and document submitted!

until now waiting parin si misis ng pagbalik ng passport!

tanong lang qng my idea ba kayo qng ilang linggo aabutin bago ibalik ang passport?

As per readings passports usually return as early as 2 weeks, meron dn nmn 2 months. But it's always a case to case basis. Im on PPR too, sent them Feb 18, pero wala pa dn until now. I emailed the embassy and havent received any reply yet. Pray lang po

Haven't heard much, it seems that a good part of June and most of July are the unlucky applications this time that may have been put aside to be processed at a much later time.

I just hope I am wrong on that thought.

Our GCMS notes should be received again by the end of next week, Be nice to see if there is any light at the end of this tunnel.

Its ok we all feel the same way its disheartening to see applications submitted after July getting processed/issued visas and now with the Easter Holidays coming its likely pushed back further

How did you request gcms notes? How much? Is it the same with fippa request procedure? I'm getting paranoid with my july application.

https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/ ordered through here. I am the sponsor so I had to also get my wife to sign a release form IMM5744E.

I downloaded it sent to to her by email had her print it sign it but not date it so I can use it again, she scanned it and sent it back to me. I edit a copy of it and add the date I need when I purchase the notes. The notes cost me $5.00 each time I order and takes about 30days to receive by email.

Being the sponsor and my wife is not in Canada I have to order from Access to Information... not the Privacy Act.

Frustrating, and many more words could be used to describe the feeling of being potentially bypassed for months. Im just hoping what appears to be july being held back is really just keeping us in the dark with very fast turn around time with visa issuance in our near future.

Does anyone know how to follow up on the application status effectively? Coz I emailed them and they only gave an automated reply. I'm an august applicant and still ap received, no ppr nor ip. Very frustrating.. :'(

I'm an October applicant and I'm yet to receive my visa. My ECAS status still says Application Received although an email has been sent by CEM requesting for my passport and other docs.

I've been told it will not contain much info except application received or in process.
