well u should order gcms notes n see visa officers notes n find out what concerns they have so u can prepare for the interview better that way

we sent our file (additional documents, police certificate) to LVO on 26 June 2019 and we found error tracking my parcel. Now, I am worried if my application was received or not..
ANY one here who can guide me how I can know that my application was received ….???

usually they update/acknowledge the reciept of your mail on your online account.

So i am 20 august 2018 applicant my background check started month ago but nothing happened so when we sent an inquiry that what’s happening they asked are biometrics isny done than we complained that we submitted fee for t but nevee heard back when to go than my GC account got a message in 24 hours that we need your biometrics and even my husband got an apology email from IRRC now see what happens next just sharing this to say LVO is a mess you need to keep an eye by yourself.

do you get a mail when BGC starts? my applications says "We are processing your background check" does this mean BGC started? They haven't asked me for Biometrics, I also have paid the fee. please help

Hi guys,
I have a question from this Relationship Evaluation form. In Part C Question 3 of this form, they have asked if me and my husband (sponsor) are living together now. We are applying through Outland Spousal sponsorship program so isn't it obvious that we are not living together now.. I am so confused i don't know how to answer this question. We have got our Nikkah done but no Ruksati yet. So we are not living together.

Can someone help me as to how i should answer this question? Would really appreciate the help!

JUst write NO that you and your spouse are not living together as they have option for YES or NO.

Just mention you are not living together. Is your husband doing a job in canada? If yes then just answer he cannot live with you as he has a job in canada and you cant obviously live with him as you do not have PR.

as for outland application, it is not obvious as sometimes sponsor is living with applicant abroad.
