Dude! It is so dearly for you to have further updates about your application. It is very normal to hear before 6 months, another month or 2 and then will be transferrred to LVO.
I would suggest you not to worry and drive yourself and your spouse nuts. Enjoy your time and don’t rush until 11th month.
Same here, Feb 04th applicant, Got SA/Medical Request/AOR on March 15th same day. Done with medical and it has passed. After that silence.
Hi guys iam June 2018 applicant and its been almost a year. I ordered gcms notes last month recieved them couple of days ago and for eligibility it says not started and due date was Dec 2018. Should i contact VO and mention that the eligibility review is passed due? Security and criminality is due Aug 2019 also.
I had the same situation with you. I think this is pretty much what is going on in LVO. Our files are put away when they reach LVO and they are in a queue for a year and VO pulls it out from the dust when the file reaches 1 year and starts reviewing it, the real review only takes 2 days.
When I ordered my GCMS note in mid March, it was created in end of March, I received it on 10 April. At the time, it showed nothing started at all. I also checked with our MP on 20 April, she responded on 24 April, nothing started, not eligibility, not background or security. I got devastated. However, on 26 April, I received my pre-arrival. It was just a week after my file reached 1 year.
Since you are reaching 1 year, it is not surprising that nothing has started, but you are probably already at the top of the queue. Just hang in there for a week or two.
Also, till now I only passed my eligibility, but my background, security and medical are all past due date. It's just quiet.

Yes, I am April 2018 applicant. Background check in process and status shows in Process. On 30th May asked for additional docs. 1st Medical is expiring this month. Lets see what will be the next step... in 2-3 days will submit requested documents.
