I don't think you need to worry about it. But, for your satisfaction give a call where you submitted your application they must have given any number or tracking to follow up.

Yes I have a tracking number and the status has not changed ever since.
I can not call the embassy in Abu Dhabi as there is no such option.

My wife did her medical today.. After medical pass which VO the file will be transferred ? I haven't heard anything of file transfer
