Got pre arrival services letter just now. And eCAS says 'decision made' for both sponsor and applicant.

But when i click on the decision made link, none of the lines talk about any decision. Should there be a line in there saying what the decision is?

Yesterday received a letter from CIC asking
1. Please explain in more detail why you and your sponsor were deemed to be a suitable match.
2. Marriage photos: Marriage photos Please provided additional photos of your Walima, featuring a wide range of guests. ... Already provided and has explained that why I have limited photos.
3. Any other document in support of your relationship with your sponsor. Provided what I have like Direct Call Logs, WhatsApp Call Log, WhatsAppa Chat (10%), Money Transfer Receipt, Email Inbox Picture.

Please Advise

can u pls elaborate what did u explain about not having wide range of Guests? as i had also very limited guests in both wedding and valima and both our families agreed on to make it simple as much as possible.
Why LVO wants to see a wide range of guests? not sure if we call wide range of guests and send our Bill to LVO for reimbursment?

Whatsapp, IMO, Face Book, Skype? email proof? who sent email now when we have these tool to receive reponse in seconds?
why we can't just stick to only one media as our point of contact for chat, calls etc?
Why i have to call my wife on Whatsapp, then IMO, then viber then messenger then Skype?
who has time for this? we only use Whatsapp for our calls, (audio / video) and chats..this is waht i have and I am going to stick to it!

Whatsapp should be fine. We only use whatsapp and sometimes Skype too. I don’t even have a Facebook account lol my husband uses FB sometimes only.

What is the status of your application have you contacted LVO? What about your background check?

My application is in LVO since feb 2018. My background check not yet started...infact in GCKEY portal, they saying that "we need additional documents to review your application. We will send you a letter or email with details."

We sent an enquiry using webform, they gave the usual response that our application is in full review.

ahan. my status is exactly the same like yours except my background check has already been started and my application awaits for a full review. did you ask them about why it says we need additional documents to process? one thing more when did you send this inquiry and when did the reply you back?

You should contact LVO immediately and explain it with proof if you have any if not just explain them and ask why you got it again. You must write urgent in the subject. Hopefully you will get some reply back within 2 working days. If you don’t receive any reply I would suggest you to send them again what they need before your deadline pass.

ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca This is the email address send them an email and write urgent in the subject. Also mention the applicant name and file no in the email.

Hi everyone!
I am a May 2017 applicant. I recieved a PFL email on April 24th, I responded back on May 15th.
Yesterday, June 28th, I got the exact same email-PFL again.
I think that's a mistake from immigration officer. What should I do about it? How should I contact them?

It’s july already, why are they taking so long for you ?

If I remember correctly you said a day or two ago that they started processing your background check, and now you got your decision made too ? It took LVO 2 or 3 days to do your background check ?

It can take from one day to 6 month or even some time more. Yes it took one day in his case

Feels like LVO got a personal vendetta against may applicants.

How many letters have you received? I got a Procedural Fairness Letter I responded and got and a Request Letter in which they have demanded only one thing! More photos! Hopefully that will be it
