Did not receive an e-mail, but the line for current status on Background Check changed from "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check" to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

yes but they are too slow ... I mean if they have a doubt, why should not they ask for more documents? or even refusing the case will be better than wasting time...so that I may take some decision...

cic notice that i have my first born that i didnt declaire as my child dependent they are asking for my explanation .. my first first born was adopted by my aunt ...i dont have any legal document to proof that i am her biological mother thats why we dicide not to put her name... now im thinking how it will affect my spousal application and fear on my heart because of misrepresentation which is honestly not my intension...

Hi All

I have applied for outland sponsor application back on 3rd of OCT 2017. From UAE. my application processing has been started on 3rd of JAN 2018 at LVO.

Current Situation: Last week I resigned from my current work, as I will move back to my home country (Jordan). because I am residence in UAE will take my passport to cancel my VISA, after completing my notice period which will end by first of week of August.

Shall I update LVO on these changes those days? or before leaving UAE in a couple of days?

One more last thing my current workplace name has been changed shall I also update LVO?

I am a May 2017 applicant. I recieved a PFL email on April 24th, I responded back on May 15th.

there is an option in whatsapp to email the chat to yourself .. save it .. and edit it so that you are printing 10 pages worth of chat only .. what i did was i printed it double sides 10 pages .. you can pick some of the important days in your life - 1st month anniversary .. bdays .. eid .. etc .. then pick few where you actually texted a lot .. so it shows a bit of a texting history as well ..

for the video/audio calls - take screenshots and add them to a word document - 9 or 12 to a page - make that another few pages ..

don't forget to print facebook status updates either .. when you got married or hit a milestone with each other ..

and yes, please, don't wait 4 months down the road to submit your papers .. gather everything ASAP and submit ASAP .. don't wait!

You should contact LVO immediately and explain it with proof if you have any if not just explain them and ask why you got it again. You must write urgent in the subject. Hopefully you will get some reply back within 2 working days. If you don’t receive any reply I would suggest you to send them again what they need before your deadline pass.

You can do one last thing for LVO to believe that your marriage is genuine and i.e,
Make a video of killing yourslf for your other half and send it as a proof of your marriage genuiness to lvo.

Got pre arrival services letter just now. And eCAS says 'decision made' for both sponsor and applicant.

But when i click on the decision made link, none of the lines talk about any decision. Should there be a line in there saying what the decision is?
