1) Dont need to upload scanned copy. That option is made available to all applicants..just ignore it like we all did. You have to submit actual passport to vfs.
2) No. This option is for express entry or parent grandparents sponsorship where one person is applicant and spouse is a dependent.
In you case Just enter applicant and dependent info if any.

No need to worry unless there are any negative comments or mention of interview.

Yes it was a guy from KPK area and his wife visited him 4 times and each time for 3 months stay.
Even he told me that his wife is still with him today and she got pregnant in december 2017.
I dont know what could be the reason.

Thanks so much for your answers! I’m also wondering about why travel history is important for the security check. Do they just want to make sure you’ve never committed any crimes in any country, or is there another reason? All this stuff is very new to me and sometimes Im confused about why they want certain info.
