Just checked the status by calling at 1-888-242-2100 and according to automated message medical has been passed and currently they are reviewing my eligibility.But on ECAS status is still "medical results have been received".

Hey how do u check by calling them? Like what details do they ask u to give?

Hi guys. I just got my GCMS notes and I have questions.....

Just background: The application is for my wife who is in Pakistan. My BCG check started Sept 13.

Eligibility is passed in notes (VO is satisfied with marriage. Elig passed. File thinned). And criminality is passed too based on the PCC we provided in March. Security is in process I think (anywhere their is security, it is whited out so not much info). BUT what I am really worried about.... On first page of notes, it says a group name and group #. The group name is "Nov 30 - FCP". What does this mean? Is my wife in interview queue?

In mycic, it says interview not required and we have received no communication either. Nothing in the notes since Sept 13 so it hasn't been touched since then.

Might be obvious but FCP just means "Family Class Priority", as @MM345 mentioned it probably just means they aim to start/complete those by Nov 30th

My group number is slightly different. Same format but different numbers after the dash.

I have been looking at the notes more closely and under "Application Assignment" on page 2, under assigned to and assigned by its the same visa officer's code. And due date is mentioned as 2017/11/30. So I am guessing it is exactly like you said. The visa officer will open the file again at that date and if security is passed, he will issue DM/PPR. There is no reason for my file to be in interview so this is what makes sense.

I was expecting a DM/PPR any day..... but at least I know that I should expect an update around November 30 now.... Now why can't this information be communicated directly on mycic???? It helps sooooo much to know where your file is exactly.

Our due date is also Nov 30,2017. Location is Put away. LVO emailed us that our application is complete. So, anytime we will also expecting DM /PPR anytime All the best !

They would ask for your application/file number and year of birth thats it.

No we didn’t know exact reason of our interview. Normal age difference.
Yes I received gcms notes and in that I didn’t find any red flags.
In gcms notes they mentioned
TFR eligibility
Interview exercise
Marriage validity not concerned
In last note they mentioned no adverse or material information found.As per PA imm5669 not received at the time of assessment v/o to review.
CPC -M back office pilot programme

i was in a similar situation (i am sponsor) went on vacation to Pakistan to get married then came back 6 weeks after the wedding.

1. i provided my employee benefits screenshot where i added my spouse as the beneficiary and also provided a screenshot of my online CRA account where it shows my status change i did to "married" and spouse name.

2. i have none so i did not show any. my whole family and parents are in canada so my wife lives with her parents so they are taking care of her expenses.

3. i showed facebook screenshots of status change married and also screenshots of my engagement announcement and wedding data announcement along with the messages left by friends on the status updates

yup i was told the same, since she is not in canada HR cannot add her to health benefits yet, however, the spouse can still be added to beneficiaries for things like Pension, wealth accumulation, and other insurance policies(such as life insurance) that are provided by the company as benefits.

My additional doc request was about 40 days ago (BGC in process for the last 10 days). Usually, within 50 days of the ad doc request people get their DM/PPR, so I expect to be hearing any day now inshaAllah.

The additional doc request timeline is more reliable than counting BGC time, because BGC checks are not accurately reflected on MYCIC.
