If you are a permanent resident and you want to sponsor your spouse, you must be in Canada, otherwise your husband's application will be refused. The reason is that only Canadian citizens can sponsor while being out of Canada. PRs of Canada can go out of Canada for short duration(2-3 weeks vacation), otherwise they have to be in Canada to sponsor somebody.

So
Mostly if i leave after my husbands file is send to lvo then there is still chance to be rejected ?

please help me i am December 5 2016 applicant cic ask for addition documents.

it was arrange marriage and my aunt (my mother's sister) who arrange everything and find the girl for me on IMM5490E application question 3 "Did anyone (individual or organization) introduce you to your sponsor?" my answer was "Yes" and then they ask "Name of individual or organization" i wrote my Aunt's name there. Here i made a mistake they ask "Relationship to you" they are asking with my wife so she wrote "Relative" in there and next to it they ask "Relationship to your sponsor" she pur "Aunt".

Since my aunt know my mother in law from religious gathering very well so they are like good family terms toghther

so question 7 " Prior to your spousal/common-law/conjugal partner relationship, was your sponsor or any of your sponsor's family members related to you or any member of your family?"

We Answer "Yes" "Give their name and relationship to you or your sponsor, as applicable." we wrote my aunt's name and "Relationship to you or your Sponsor" we put "Sponsor's Aunt".

now cic send me this "Client Information: You must provide an explanation with supporting evidence including family registration and ID docs for the relationship between you and my Aunt's name. Simply stating she is your relative is not sufficient."

Now since my wife does not have any relationship between my wife and my aunt so how can i prove them what should i write.

please help me i am very confused now my aunt know them very well but she don't have any relationship with them she only arrange over marriage that's it

second question they ask "Client Information: Explanation for why your nikkah nama provides a date of marriage registration of 04 05 2016, while your nikkah ceremony was stated to have taken place on 30 April and your accompanying NADRA certificate gives a entry and issue date of 18 July 2016."

my nikkah took place in mosque on 30 april 2016 and union council register our Nikka nama on 4 May 2016 that is the date written on my nikka nama line 24. And applied for nadra certificate in july so i got my nadra certificate have entry and issue date 18 july 2016.

what should i explain now to them

You state that you currently live with your parents and siblings in Billy's Paradise, Karachi, while under question 13 of your sponsor's questionnaire he states that you moved in with his family following your marriage. You must provide an explanation with supporting evidence for this inconsitency and demosntrate through documentary proof where you are currently livign and who you are living with."

after rukhsati my wife and me living at my grand father's house and my siblings with us but when i came back to canada i left my wife to her parents house since nobody was with her at my grand father's house so how do i explain it to them that she have no place to live so in the end she have to come back to her parent's house

Just accept the mistake in understanding and explain everything how it is in detail. When did u get the additional document request, today?

You guys must have thought about all this before filling the forms. Suggest you to prepare a proper response otherwise with all those insistencies, you will have to face an interview.

got a question, its not for me.
but helping someone out.

they got request for Schedule A Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) & police certificate. Which we get it, cause as per the new process. they didn't ask upfront.
However, we don't get why they photos are asked, is it new specs or number of photos which was submitted originally?

This is what they asked for:
Passport photos: Passport size photographs (photographs must conform to the
specifications outlined in the Guide to Immigrating IMM 3999 and Appendix B Photo
Specifications) For photo specifications, follow the instructions
