I have a question need some clarification :


"Educational documents for your family members such as transcripts indicating a list of courses taken, scores achieved as well as certificates obtained."

"Educational certificates and transcripts must be issued by a post-secondary institution that is accredited by the relevant government authority".

I am sponsoring my wife from pakistan without any children.
Does educational documents required for spouse visa ? if yes ,does it mean matric , fsc, bsc transcripts and degrees attested by notary public ?

Hello Everyone,

This morning I contacted CIC to obtain detailed information about LVO back office pilot program, and they provided me with brief information, which makes me understand, they have interns working on the files and they have certain deadlines to reach, usually pilot project have certain time frame in which cases needs to be completed. Furthermore, I asked them my GCMS notes illustrate my file was put back in Oct 2016, CIC call centre representative revealed, "no the last time the action taken on your file was 10th February 2017", Furthermore, representative confirmed me this issue is of not of a big concern since LVO is actively working on your file. I also got some information from unofficial sources (An immigration lawyer) that pilot projects have deadline of 7 months from the time the case is received by CPC Mississauga. Hence, it means they are streamlining the process to make it faster.


I am September 2nd 2016 applicant.

My timelines are very similar to yours. I am not too sure about the 7 month deadline otherwise we would have heard from them about something by now since it's 7 months now. Who is the lawyer you are working with?
