Proxy marriage is not VALID anymore. Proxy marriage is a marriage in which any one of the party is not present just as Nikkah over Phone. Recently a case refused only due to proxy marriage. CIC said its no more valid.

Can any one explain whats option does he has? IAD or re-apply

They are asking everyone who's remeds are close to expiring to remed. Good sign. Get it done.

Yes Inshallaha,

For January interview though, we would have received a letter with set date/time, so not sure if we will be interviewed in Jan.... but you never know.

Well, if we get called in (get the interview letter) in Jan, it'll mean that we're scheduled for Feb. Still better than staying in the dark.

I'm in the same group as you. I think all of the members who are waiting for the interview are of the same group. Maybe it's something we can add to our spreadsheet. What say Ra03ra?

Which is upcoming and know that because of holidays, you won't be able to get an appointment until early - mid Jan.

I'm on the banished list i.e. Interview list. So they could care less about me at this point. Mine already expired in early December.

Additional documents have been sent to LVO and delivered already. Should we also inform them electronically? by replying to email or CSE or my CIC? How long does it take myCiC to get updated to reflect they have received the documents.

I am ok with it Landing if you want to add a column for interview group code. Makes sense for then everyone who are in the group to collaborate if needed.

I believe the best is to do normal marriage with all the ceremonies with friends and families and then re-apply. Appealing the decision wont help. Your right proxy marriages are no longer accepted.

It didn't take a lot of time, I was told in June that security has started and then in September, security was passed...
