Today i got a document request **(RPRF fee )** if my sponsor paid that fees they have to provide within 45 days.....
Anyone any idea what i have to expect next

Application updated today and background check is now in progress. Although i dont understand why is eligibilty review still under review.

So how long did it take from submitting to receiving your passport? Oh boy that means no extension for my wife either as meds expire on Nov 5.

So how long did it take from submitting to receiving your passport? Oh boy that means no extension for my wife either as meds expire on Nov 5.

Its a tough call, but keep praying hard. If the medical is still valid for at least 12-13 days from the days of COPR, then they will extend the medical for another week and they give you a deadline to land within 20 days after issuance of COPR. when did you submit your passport? I really hope it will work out for you without further hassle.

i wanted to ask a question.. is it absolutely necessary to have a full wedding meaning with mehndi wedding valima before applying or do you think just a nikkah and wedding reception can be enough. i hear ppl say that they want to see all functions but its not part of our religion. its just a customary tradition set. so i was just wondering do you think just doing nikkah and wedding is enough? along with other requirements such as pics old chats and all that ? of if i dont do valima and show that she has a Quran shareef over her head during ruksati will they reject? has anyone been through this where they only had nikkah and got the pr or nikkah and wedding reception only ? please advise.. thanks

Wedding reception and walima is same. Rukhsati is a different thing so is mehndi. Its better to do all these things before applying. People got pr on the basis of nikah only but it also depends on your luck.

I had a question - I'm trying to get my original docs back and I think you received yours at the beginning of the month. Can you tell me were they sent from CPC Mississauga or from LVO? Thank you
