When and how will i be able to know how many people applied in January 2016 through lvo office?
There was a spreadsheet once shared here by someone which told nov applicants 290's something and dec 2015 applicants were 92 in total..

At least we have had quite a few DMs over the last couple of weeks. Meaning they are finishing up 2014 to fall 2015. Hopefully then they will get back to Oct/Nov iA.

yeah sure. i don't have numbers for pending apps by visa office, but i do have number of apps received by source country. keep in mind these totals are for all types of PR applications, not just family class.

pakistani PR apps finalized between january-march 2016:
2,973

these numbers are kind of meaningless without knowing how many of those finalized apps were spouses/children. for this year's immigration levels plan, spouses/children account for about 20% of the total target.

this is the link. I shared that spreadsheet but now cic has modified that page so you have to search a little bit to find what you are looking for.. And one more thing the data for 2016 will b available at the end of the year.

I asked this in the section as well but I'm still not clear... Will be getting married next year, does it matter if medical is done before or after nikkah? I am planning honeymoon then leaving directly to Canada n wife will go back to Pak. So I won't have time to get it carried out afterwards.

I would like to get the docs done while I'm there and take them with me then apply asap. Any help and input is appreciated.

getting the medical done before the nikkah shouldn't be a problem. just make sure she schedules the appointment in advance.

Throughout the application guide, it says "for you and your family members"...does it mean family members who are to be included in the application? E.g I am the sponsor who will be overseeing wife's application form as well...I am assuming I only need to fill her information and not her family (parents, siblings etc)....Do I understand this correctly?

that is correct, "family members" in your case refers only to your wife.

Alhumdulillah I got DM!!!! I think they updated it a few days ago! I'm not sure what to expect next now (Oct 2015 applicant btw)
