Hello Member, My passport reached Islamabad Visa Center on 17/05/16 from Karachi.It already passed 4 weeks plus 3 days they asked for mailing, today i emailed Karachi visa center and they have replied that it still in process. My tracking status only showed it reached Islamabad on 17/05/16, how did u know that ur passport dispatched and how many days it took to get ur passports back. Thanx

Hi member: I have just checked my ECAS status as I been waiting for return of passport from Islamabad visa center. When i got PPR request letter ECAS showed decision made but today it showed in process. Is it normal why it changed to In Process again or is it showing status of my processing passport I have sent for visa stamp and COPR on 16/05/16 as per after PPR request letter? plz someone comment.

Yes and Yes, your ECAS looks normal, and it is normal they haven't asked for anything yet. I am a February applicant and case went in process in march, after that, I haven't received any communication from LVO either.

From what I understand from the posts lately, LVO is clearing out backlog (2014- Beginning 2015) applications, and then hopefully nov and december applicants. I would say our turn will come by september or october Insh'a Allah

Hi All ...I am new here....just want to know how much is the processing time for Pakistani spouse applicant ???

It says 26 months on website but mostly cases are processed within 8-12 months..

You can give ur details as asked on the first page of the spreedsheet and one of the admins will add you..

I wonder why this is happening..
It happened with another member of this forum but his case went in process ---> decision made ---> in process again..
But he wasnt requested for the passport though..

So i guess its okay for you as your passports are gone..they'll surely stamp and return back soon IA!!

I am also jan 2016 applicant.. And this is all so normal..
And plus we are not going to hear anything further until sep-nov..
That's how the process is going..

i applied for spousal sponsorship for my wife in pakistan. application received on march 23 2016. ECAS status : started processing application on april 19 2016. till that time i did not recieve any mail fro cic regarding approval of sponsor. whats the time it will take for decision on sponsor approval.

I have read they ask for photocopy of passport, original passport (send to isl visa office) , recent photographs and that request letter (copy or original).

thanks khuram arif for ur nice opinion ... so after every 3 month in islamabad thy call for interview to those ppl which r already in there interview list ...so i wish thy notice me for interview lil earlly then i also can prepare myself for fly to pakistan from here ...and 1 thing more i want to know ...that after interview how long time thy took for made decision or request for passport etc .....??/
