Send in original Nikkah Nama with registrar sign and seal, and certified English translation (notarize of possible and convenient).

No need to send in Nadra Marriage Certificate.

Thanks for the reply. So I only need to send in the urdu nikahnama with registrar stamp and sign + the english translation from notary public? So there is no need to go to the foreign office for a stamp?

Hello everyone. I hope you all are well. I am about to submit my application for sponsoring my wife. We have just had our full wedding. Anyway, she has finished 1 full year of university at COMSATS. Do I need to send her matric documents or transcripts or is 1st year university progressive result card (form of transcript) enough? Do I need to get anything stamped? My wife's university progressive result card is stamped by her university. Please let me know. Thanks

Yea, that's what you need to know. Just remember this, if anything is in urdu, either make it bilingual, or English. Even my furniture receipts we had it translated.

in my case i asked London Office they said only Urdu Nikah nama and Nadra and in my case they didnt asked any translation copy of Urdu Nikah Nama

Please note that as according to FORM 3907e "If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals." Please make sure to only post replies to things you are 100% sure about so that it does not cause any unnecessary delays and headaches for people. And for the original question I would suggest reading all the guidelines in the FORM 3907e. And let us know if something is not clear.

Guidelines for Translation according to IMMIGRATION CANADA
Translation of documents
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
• the English or French translation; and
• an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
• a certified copy of the original document. (Original in case of Nakkah Namna)
Note: An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document. Translators who are certified members in good standing of one of the provincial or territorial organizations of translators and interpreters of Canada do not need to supply an affidavit.

Important information: Translations by family members are not acceptable.

My wife's university progressive result card is stamped by her university. Please let me know. Thanks

as sshe is coming under family class, copies of transcripts are enough.
Don't send original degrees or marksheets, as some people have reported that they r not returning originals. Submit attested copies only.
It's not a criteria for selection so this is not very important.
We sent attested copies and those were fine and accepted. (my case was from europe though)

Focus on call logs and call history. Take screenshot of calls made if you use whatsapp or viber.

Chat messages, sms messages are considered personal thus CIC does not ask for chat or conversation. And if you still want to send messages, send like excerpts of it from each day or few days in a month. Do not send hundreds of pages worth of messages.

my wife and i only call each other about two times a month, because her wifi is really bad and also because we spend nearly 3-4 hours messaging each other every single day (we prefer messaging since it's more private and lets us talk to each other no matter where we are). i hope this won't be an issue if LVO asks for more proof of communication?

They ask for some original documents from Pakistani sponsor and applicants and they have clearly mentioned that whatever is requested as original document should be submitted in original, notarized are not acceptable. So I will suggest to submit original where required otherwise it will delay process unnecessarily.

In my opinion you should be fine. They want to see continuous relationship which is evident by your calling and messaging.

My question is the same. I submitted my passport on 6th May 2016 and it was processed to Islamabad on 9th May 2016.

2 weeks has already passed.

2 months since in process did any november applicants get dm or doc req? The spreadsheet only has 2 or 3 nov people
