We are going to submit application for spousal sponsorship next month. Already got the Urdu Nikkah Nama, Engligh Nikah Nama, Family Registration Certificate from NADRA, Piccs of our wedding.

What else documents required.

Please help as provided checklist if very confusing =.

Finale I got My status changed to DM on Monday and today I recieved an email to provide following documents.
1-if I have paid the RPFP fee
2-provide passport copy
Can anyone of you advise if I could email them back the information or do I have to mail the requested documents

Any past experience u guys had.

Congratulations.
Sending the documents by email should be sufficient. Don't forget to put urgent in the subject, urgent in the subject filters the emails for LVO for urgent response. I think this will help them to read and process your request quickly.

1- Police certificate issuance process in Islamabad?

2- Do I need to send Orignal Educational Degress with application? Which one (FSc, Engineering) ? and Do i need to get it verified from IBBC ?

3. Should I go for upfront medical before submitting my application?

2- Many applicants have faced problems in getting back the original academic certificates from Visa Office. Sending notarized/attested copies of academic certificates should be sufficient. (IBCC attestation is not required)
3-Upfront medical is recommended. Once you are close to the completion (filling forms) of your application then you should book an appointment for medical. The medical is valid for one year and the issued spouse visa is valid till the validity of the medical. So better would be submitting a medical with longer validity. Another option could be submitting the medical afterwards when your sponsorship application gets approved and file is transferred to LVO.

I would suggest everyone who is waiting for more than the processing time (17 months), to email / snail-mail to Honorable Prime Minister or his Immigration Cabinet Minister Honorable John McCallum.

I did the same and finally received PPR by the grace of Allah.

Normally after Interview
Q1) how many Weeks VO takes to make positive decision?

Q2. When Background Checks are done before or After Interview?

Q3. Are Background Checks only for those who Pass Eligibility/Interview or for every body?

Q4. Why it is taking so long to make Decisions on My Application is it is background checks after getting Pass Interview?

Good sign: applicants of 2014 are getting cleared. Now we can understand the delay for Sep/Oct 2015 applicants. I hope and wish that LVO clears the applicants who are blocked from ages and then they get back to routine (Sep/Oct 2015) applications.

you are wrong.

so far there have been 5 out of 7 September 2015 applicants that have received their DM. i hope and wish that LVO continues to work on both new and old applications at the same time.
