I am Jan 2015 Applicant still no dm. In case specific inquiry they said your file is with officer for review.

They used to have a document called landing paper. This has been replaced by Confirmation of Permanent Residence document.
It normally takes 1 to 3 weeks after the PPR.

If you are greatly lagging behind others, you can build a convincing case for yourself and have the sponsor explain your case to the local MP and have MP's office follow up with the visa office.

TOTAL PROCESSING TIME of the LAST 5 applicants to have a DM.

If 235 is the right avg then my DM will be in next 11 dayz

No, its quite normal. In fact, you are very fortunate as many people have had visa issued but were waiting long time for return of original documents including myself.

The next step is the Passport Request. This request is sent via email to the applicant with instructions.
It can take up to 30 days after DM.

Visa, normally courier to the Applicant (Passport will go thorough VFS Global (KHI or LHR or ISB) to CHC(ISB) and will be return back to the Applicant thorough the same courier(i.e. VFS Global).

DM - PPR, normally takes 1 to 12 days but in some cases it can take 30 or over days (its rare to take more than 12 days). Usually it takes 7-9 days for PPR after DM.
