Hi guys,

At last, I have found out why my husband has not received the DM yet.

I sent a specific inquiry to LVO two weeks ago. I asked them that the Re-Med was done on November 9th, 2015 and I have not heard back from LVO. They sent me a message stating that the Physician Panel has not sent the Re-Med report to New Delhi. They asked me to contact the Physician Panel office and ask them to resubmit the report. I will do it today insha'Allah.

All of those friends who have not received the DM yet after Re-Med, please send an inquiry. You never know if your file is submitted to New Delhi properly or not.

Hi guys, i'll be submitting the application this week to sponsor my wife from Pakistan. I'm confused about few questions, if someone could help me that would be great:

1. Is my wife suppose to submit the following forms for herself AND for each family member: Schedule A/Background and Additional family information?

2. Does she has to submit Supplementary Information and Residency questionnaire - Pakistan?

I'm asking this because this is stated in the country specific immigration guide - General Asia - Pakistan.

3. Also, what are the specifications of the photos that she should submit? As per the appendix b of immigration guide, the size specified is same as the passport size photo. Please advise.

Heloo.. My interview was on 23 nov n i havnt heard anything yet from LVO.
Is there anyone else who are waiting fr decision made or PPR after interview like me?
N what do guys suggest, should i wait more or am i supposed to send case specific inquiry?

Salam Everyone, I just wanted to update that since getting PPR on the 22nd December, my wife submitted her passport on the 29th and she got her passport back with COPR on the 6th January, 2016.

yes . i have same officer LJF ... submitted additional documents late october and remed early october ,,, since then no communication yet...... seems to be he is on leaves

No. Forms just for herself and any other dependent (children). But that form should include details of her family members.

Yes

Print out the photo spec document and take it to a "REPUTABLE" photography studio. They would know how to do it. It is different from passport size photo, as it needs white background and require a specific face dimensions.

Hello , the best is contact your MP and from there you can know the exact situation. Do let them know abt time period and all that and better not to wait or you can also email them and ask about current status of your application but still I would say contacting MP is best .

Yes my husband is doing follow ups with MP for the last 1 year. On 7th january 2016 , we came to know from MP office that visa officer has been assigned and they are currently working on it and my eligibility is IN PROGRESS. Thats why I have asked in my previous post how much time a visa office takes to process an application.My notes say assigned by JC and assigned to RR..my 1st due date was 3rd december 2015 , now from MP office they are saying next due date is in 1st week of feb 2016. Why visa officer didnt do anything on 3rd december 2015 ?
Is there anyone having assigned visa officer RR ??plz share the experience.

Happy for all the applicants getting their PRR!

I looked at that file maintained by Admins here... I am one of the May 2015 applicants sponsoring my wife. Kind of panicking now because I ordered notes recently and LVO hasn't touched my file at all yet (Security, Criminality, Eligibility are all showing Not Started). My file has been showing In Progress since July 2015 but haven't received any other correspondence from LVO.

I just visited my wife again in December/January and wanted her to accompany me back to Canada! Since that didn't happen, I am preparing documents to send proof of ongoing relationship to LVO, hoping that might speed up the case!

My file still shows last updated November 6, 2015. Any other May 2015 applicant whose status is still in process with no additional correspondence?

I think there is a photograph studio facility at VAC also. U can call and check if lahore office offers it or not.
