Remed done on oct 1st and addtl docs sent on nov 4th received in Lvo. Waiting since 2 months now no further communication. Sent ecase inquiry end of nov got no reply. Sent request for notes on dec 6th . Still waiting for some type of reply on something. How many days it takes for notes to get received ? Does the days include wknds or only working days to be counted .
Getting frustrated with later cases from like 4 months ago receiving dms.
Any advice on what to do ? How much further waiting period ?

remed request on oct 7 , done remed on oct 14 and additional documents request on oct 16, received at LVO on oct 29 ...was written on the letter wait four months to verify incoming correspondence from issuing authority... whereas some getting dm very soon ... ordered notes and waiting for them

I want to ask people who recently landed in Canada.. is there a minimum cash requirement that u need to bring along when u land? as in do they ask how much money u r carrying ?
Also what else does the Immigration officer ask at the time of landing ?

Hello Everyone,
Yesterday my spouse received a letter in Pakistan asking for communication records and more wedding Pictures. My spouse and I are both full time students and due to that and time differences our communication has only been through Whatsapp. My question is do I send the whole chat to CIC or select messages? Is it going to be an issue if the communication is only through one entity? Amy help would be appreciated. Thank you

I don't think that it will be a problem. For your satisfaction you can write an explanatory note with it. Even Visa Officers know that usually long distance communication is through fb , whattsapp / Viber etc.

E-Cas status for Permanent Residence still "In Process" with the following details:

1. We received ____ application for permanent residence on December 24, 2014.
2. We started processing ____ application on March 27, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.

Also, I received an email from London Visa Office on Aug 24, 2015 in which they requested the following info:

-A completed Supplementary Information Form
-We note that your passport is due to expire shortly. If you have already obtained an updated/extended passport, please send us a copy of the bio-data page.

As requested, I sent them the requested documents on September 17th, 2015, which have been received by Visa Office London. Can anybody tell me the why London Visa Office has been taking so long? Also, can anybody tell me what is the next step after the medical has been received also how long does that take? Should I email the Visa Office in regards to why its taking so long?

You can send whole log or just first few pages from each month but in my opinion better to send all to satisfy them because they are suspecting your relationship is not genuine.

Did you sent rukhsati pictures with your package including both sitting together in car and Quran over the head?

Yes I did send a lot of pictures but apparently they want more. Can I just send my wedding movie?

They don't accept video files.

Have you visited your spouse since marriage?
Send them pictures again and mark them by occasion like: engagement, menhdi, nikkah, nikkah reception, rukhsati, valima and other pictures after wedding

Quantity doesnt matters, Quality matters. Means u should send picts not only u and your spouse sitting together , select more picts with family members and label them properly with name, relation, date and event .If both of u went to friends home, brother and sister home after wedding, then add those picts and select the ones with relatives( ammi ,abu ,mamu , momani , khala,khalo, bhai ,behen, behnoi etc ) and select those wedding picts which are with family members as well.
Be selective for whats app chat as well .choose from each month.u cant take print out of whole whats app chat. Its better to take screen shots and then take print out of them. ( Avoid the chats in which there is argue or fight with spouse )
My husband sent only 35 picts including wedding and after wedding, and only emails print out . CIC doesnt have doubt on our relation.

No you don't have to translate as they are well aware that we don't chat in English all the times . Let it be more genuine. Try sending more pics with relatives as well and do write at back. Every case is different and every Visa Officer has different point of views , something that can satisfies 1 officer might not be satisfactory for other . So pick some chat from every month and try to send them at least 40 pics as well. My case was really complicated but I used same pics (and of course some new as well ) , and alhumdullilah they are satisfied with relationship.Try doing your best so you can avoid interview .As someone already mentioned pics with Quran over head are really important. Good luck

Can anyone tell me the procedure for sending PR applications to London Office?
i.e. where Can I find their address to courier my documents to? or do I have to send them thru Gerry's or VFS?

CIC-V contacted my parents and told them that I (their dependent child) should send my filled forms etc to LONDON office. Now I wana know how do you send docs to London office from Pakistan?

I know its not spousal but I just wana know about how to send docs to London office?
