LVO requested 4 photograph on October 30 they gave us 45 days to submit. According to TCS courier it was delivered on November 6. My question is can I email LVO ask them if they received it or not.

I visted my my wife I was in Pakistan for 3 weeks now Can I send LVO my boarding pass and passport pictures showing stamps me and my wife pictures together and reciepts etc...?

I am asking this question over again because I have seen members in this forum who did not get any additional document request and were put on interview que.

That is excellent news, Falcon! I'm very sure the Decision will be a positive one. And this should be an example for all applicants that are waiting for interview. They should send more information so that their interviews are waived. Congrats and have a happily ever after!! ;D

Thanks Bubble and the only reason I posted in detail was to tell other people waiting for interview to submit whatever they have to support the authenticity of the case!

They never asked for any documents from us too (if you were not referring to me). Yes, you should definitely submit new pictures, boarding passes (scans), E-tickets etc. in advance.

Translation and attestation are two different things. You must get attested your documents including Nikkah Nama from foreign office.

I already said that my Nikah nama is registered at Nadra and I will be sending the original nikah nama then what is the point to get it attested? The nikah nama is registed with the cannt rawalpindi board and I also have a separate certificate from nadra showing my nikah nama as being registered. The nikah nama is both in english and urdu then what is the point for attestation?

First the Nikah Nama in Urdu need to be translated into English.
Second Nikah Nama that was translated need to be Notarize you can do that and the translation from Local Kechary

Translation of documents
Also this is in Guide 3999 - Sponsorship of a spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner or dependent child living outside Canada
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.

Translations may be done by a person who is fluent in both languages (English or French and the unofficial language). If the translation is not provided by a member in good standing of a provincial or territorial organization of translators and interpreters in Canada, the translation must be accompanied by an affidavit swearing to the accuracy of the translation and the language proficiency of the translator.

The affidavit must be sworn in the presence of:

In Canada:

a notary public
a commissioner of oathsNote 1
a commissioner of taking affidavitsNote 1

Outside of Canada:

a notary public Note

We sent you correspondence on December 16, 2015 about the decision on your application.

AFTER DECISION MADE THIS IS WHAT I SAW TODAY THEY UPDATED TODAY THERE WAS NOTHING ON FRIDAY .I NEVER GOT ANY EMAIL ABOUT THE DECISION I AM VERY WORRIED .DID THEY POST ME THE DECISION ?BUT I ALWAYS GET EMAIL ANY ONE HAD EXPERIENCE .SHOULD I EMAIL THEM THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL YET WHAT SHOULD I DO I AM GOING NUTS?

they sent me corrspondence on nov 24, 2015 and itsbeen a month i have not recvd anything. sent them enquiry and emails too but thy are not rewspondong.hope u will get soon

Please check thoroughly email of applicant all folders even junk also from the whole month of December. May be you have missed the email, it is also possible you might get this week. Don't take any action now wait atleast for a week.

5 days after re-medical, we finally got DM!! Alhumdulillah, couldn't be happier!

I seriously was not expecting anything until January, thinking it will take at least 2-3 weeks after re-medical, but this is great news now. Also, I remember Mercy24 saying that eligibility recommend passed will change to pass once the security/criminality is passed, I believe that to be true now!

Alhumdulilah.

Received Decision Made for wife's case this weekend.. I was told last week by MP that Eligibility was cleared and they have moved on the background/security checks.
I was pleasantly surprised that DM came so soon.

When can we expect for the PR email.

Guys, there are a few posts that say that DM should be after PPR.?

Thanks for the advice. However, I believe you do not understand my situation. My Nikah nama does not need to be translated since it is already in English! My Nikah nama has 2 parts, one is in English and the other is in Urdu. The English part is not a copy or a separate part, it is a part of the original Nikah nama. You don't need one, but just write a simple note of explanation on the piece of paper. Normally in Pakistan nikah-nama are either in Sindhi Language or in Urdu language. English NikahNama is not that common, that's the reason CIC might be asking you, but again just write a simple explanation note, that will do.

Got DM on my ECAS yesterday alhamdollilah.. I hope it is a positive sign. Can someone pls let me know what documents are required to be submitted with the passport so I can be prepared before PPR comes.
