I want to ask about forms...they asked me forms again IMM5406 and IMM5669...now question is Should I write new address where I am living now a days and should I write marital status of spouse and parents??in IMM0008 form should I leave box empty where information not applicable to me.??? please help I will be very thankful to u.

The reason they asked you for these forms is that they need to know your current and latest information. Fill up forms with your true and current information. Any question you want to leave blank write "NOT Applicable", don't leave blank. If you leave blank it may be interpreted as it was missed.

Hi can someone help me with this i got my CORP and there is a mistake in the marital status it says single even though it is a spouse case and it should be married what should i do now?

Email to Islamabad and see what they say.

yes..now I have only the question about form IMM 0008 ... what if residential address same I only tick the option of yes??UCI portion I leave empty??please guide me form about IMM 0008.thanks for helping me

If Address is same tick yes. You can put UCI number since you have it now. In the end it will validate if you have any errors it will not pass until you fix it.

Did you get it from Islamabad Embassy? send email to them. Otherwise send it to LVO and put your UCI and App numbers with URGENT is the subject line.

Guys, what is the best way to send additional luggage to Canada? Is there a reasonably priced company we can use. We have 2-3 additional bags (about 100 kg in total).

Also, what is the best airline to use (price wise) if we plan to travel around Dec 28th ?

Can we do a stop over for a couple of days in Europe ? Would it effect the Landing process in any way ??
