i did order notes, got MP to contact CIC, but hardly any outcome.
Asked my MP to get in touch in February 2015, I was told my file is so far behind under a pile of files. & right next day I get a re medical request.i get it done & nothing after. I ordered notes in May/June & apparently it's outcome is "recommended pass"(eligibility). But never heard from them again,

GISGeek many congratulation for PPR. Can you please advise what document they requested along with PPR? and maximum time duration for passport submission.

Thank you Sarim. They requested form A, 02 photos, copy of email for submission with passport and they gave 30 days for that.

Status Changed from Application Received to In Process = August, 2015
Second Correspondence = 15 September, 2015 (Asked for Police Character Certificates from Pak and UK, Proof of Marriage and Landing Fee)
Reply back = 8th October, 2015
Third Correspondence = 24th September, 2015 (Asked for Re-medical)

Guys need your opinion, what should I give more info to them?

I am a Canadian Citizen, disable, gave my ODSP (Ontario Disability Support Program letter), Bank Statements, Credit Cards info, wrote the info about my intention to reside in Canada, wrote why I have to live with my family(as there is no one who can my family live with) even then I get this letter, now can you guys tell me what else should I send them? Any suggestion please?

PS. my family needs me, I can't leave them that's for sure.

We were asked the same question but not as the final deciding factor like yours. We submitted my husband's resignation letter from the current job, lease of an apartment for a later date, my husband's admission into a college (as he didn't have a job letter from a canadian employer) I heard some people also provided their discussions with friends and family in Canada regarding plans of returning back.
As per our notes cic is satisfied with my husband's return to Canada they have no objections on the docs provided.
U can consult a legal counsel in Canada he should be able to guide u further

SPOUSAL Sponsorship Refused

???Anyone here have the same refusal like me?? My permanent resident application of 31 mos under spousal sponsorship was refused. The only reason was the lack of time cohabiting with my sponsor at the time of our application. The officers decision depend only in our apartment lease date with our names together which was a month before I filed my permanent resident application inland. The officer did not count the proof of my stay with my partner when i visited him for few months every year for 15 years before i finally live with my partner!

I am unclear exactly as to moving forward with the process. Is it necessary to apply again as if I never applied before for permanent residency? Would I need to wait the lengthy period of time again or would consideration be given to the already (31) months that have passed since my initial application? Is all the information retained, that my partner and I gave during our interview on May 12, 2015 so as to possibly expedite the application process? I called immigration hotline and they advise me to contact the officer. I asked the same question if I need to reapply- they advise me to contact the immigration who made the decision. I wrote a letter to the officer, not sure if he would reply. Still waiting though.....
