Finally my husband submitted his passport to Islamabad today. Inshallah he will get it back soon. Finally this testing time is coming to an end, inshallah

They interviewed me and my husband and they interviewed us separately!
They asked some questions that were same and some that were different.

So you have to travel to Pakistan for interview?

I chose to go for the interview. I don't think it is a necessity because the instructions on the interview is that if they need to talk to to sponsor, then they will call u.

May I ask you what information u sent to CIC regarding your arrangements for moving back to Canada including any preparations that u have done in this regard. Also were u called for an interview?
How many applicants were included in ur application?

I and my wife wrote separate detailed plans to establish ourselves in Canada. We also attached copies of correspondence with Job hunters, realtors, our friends in Canada, Toronto Distt School Board, local schools for admission of our kids, YWCA, local volunteer organizations, some professional bodies like Canada GIS etc.

No, not been called for interview.

Only one applicant, i.e. my wife, kids are citizens.

God how can they ask for 2nd re-medical a you already did remidical in May. you still have medical which is still valid for more then 7 month. I dont know whats going on with these guys. I guess you should send CSI to LVO regardsing that. they might have missed your remidical which you send in May. Anyways best of luck

i wish we can have more May & June 2015 applicants posting their timelines on the spreadsheet to get a good idea of how CIC is proceeding these days. Seems like they have started processing May-15 applications which is a good sign. I'm Jun-15 applicant and my status changed to in-process immediately after file transfer to London with a third liner that 'we started processing *my wife's name* application on Aug 21, 2015'. This 'in-process' status to me is different from older file status where status only goes In-process when they are about to make a decision.

Have a question for all applicants who applied before May-2015, when ur file went in process was their a forth liner in the Applicant's status ? and what does that say? Just a bit confused how would i know when they actually start processing my file as the status is already 'in-process' ?

hi i am 12th may 2015 applecent and my status is in process from 4th aug 2015 still no uptae but good news is that thay are working very fast on 2015 applections you can cheek on sprate sheets many peoples go for dm and ppr so i think cic london is working on april applections witch transfor to london in may end or june so thats a good news best of luck.

It seems like that the ECAS is talking about the remed request you received ... I am am amazed that if u had your remed in May then why are they needing that again so soon

Two pieces of advice I can give u. First, check ur Ecas status using both applicants and sponsors UCI number to see if u can find the mistake. Second when you book re-medical appointment thru email do explain your situation so that they can check and assure you whether ur name/file has been forwarded for the re medical or not. If it has thn this might mean that your results from earlier medical weren't clear or weren't properly taken etc u never know.

The ECAS is fine I check it several times in a day with both our UCI #s (mine and PA's) and file No. We have already applied for appointment of re-med and have sent an email to LVO to sort out the things. In the worst come scenario we have take re-med, I guess.

Hello everyone. Can someone please elaborate on Nikkah Only cases? like there was a nikkah that took place in a mosque in the morning and then a nikkah reception at night.
Do you guys know if theres been objection on these type of cases. I wont be mentioning anything about my rukhsati in the application
