You can drop it in person or by mail (DHL, TCS, Fedx etc) and here are the address depending on where you live

Hey Guys, I am in a situation now. I have recently submitted my spousal application for processing. My consultant prepared the final documents for me but in the forms he mentioned that i visited my spouse during engagement and wedding period. I specifically mentioned to the consultant that i have not visited my spouse during engagement but was present for the wedding and honeymoon period. I have these instructions in writing in the email before submitting the application. However he didnt remove that sentence. Now the application has been submitted. I have discussed this with my consultant and told me that we will submit a new form soon. I am not sure what will happen what should i do ? i am already worried even before my application has started its process.

Documents reached at london on 5th October
Will they inform us that they have received our documents or wot?
How long it will take to reconsider my file??

Is your consultant an Immigration Lawyer or not? Not sure what to say but ask your consultant to add a copy of your email as well but ask him if it would be necessary. That's a big blunder on his part but best of luck my friend.

I'm having the same timeline, We sent Additional Documents voluntarily , We've never get any Acknowledgement from CIC London. I believe if Mailing company says they delivered means they did.

If additional docs were sent in August 2015, remedical was done towards end of Aug 2015, and now another police certificate and updated schedule A was requested, what stage of the process are we at? What would be the next stage after this? And how come all the documents weren't requested at the same time but in two different time? Any help appreciated.

Plus my husband have already received my original documents back after the one week of in process status.
They asked for my urdu nikkah nama after returning my original documents.
Don't know whether its normal or not

We are in the same boat . They asked for Urdu Nikah Nama from me as well and my timeline pretty much same as yours. I sent them Urdu NN and Rukhsati pics by email and they acknowledged that with a reply after two days. I sent them original NN and pics by Post as well which they received yesterday but till now no response from their side...

CIC is not having just one Formula for processing Applications. I think soon you will be getting Passport Request.
Since Our File is '' In Process '' We've not hear anything from CIC London, I'm worried about it .. dunno what do do , We're planning to Order notes so we can encounter if something Negative is in Officer's mind about Case .

That's really odd. When I sent them an inquiry they replied within 2 days....

just goes to show different people in the office work differently. So just wish and pray whichever officer has our file hurries up and processes our files sooner rather than later.
