I mean is they required any document for relationship or it will be okay even without marriage ?

this is what you need to do: you will need your passport, 2 pics use the Appendix B when you go to take them, fill out Appendix A and attach a copy of the PPR request letter and you can go here:

Canada Visa Application Centre
20 Ex American Centre Building,
Opposite Ganga Ram Hospital,
Queens Road, Lahore
VAC Opening time 09:00 – 17:00
Passport Collection :09:00– 17:00 Monday – Friday

two months from the date they start working on it or 2 months after they receive the file in their office.

It will take around 2 months to transfer your file to LVO .. Keep posting on forum about the updates on your case

how r u friends. I have received interview letter and medical together. Actually my cousin have received her interview letter and after the interview she received medical letter after three months. in my case they sended both lettet together is there anybody have any idea about this m so worried about this.

I don't think there should be any problem.
They don't ask for Nikah Nama. But now it may be a bit hard to find an appointment before your marriage.

yes they will give your tracking number and I think the turn around time is between 2 to 3 weeks. looks like LVO is on fast track

My upfront medical was done in last week of October-2014.

So well why did you submit your application so late?

Need Guidance

I'm going to Apply for Visitor Visa.. I'm wondering that If i gets visitor visa and land in Canada.. and after landing in Canada i Gets Passport Request for CIC London for PR Application, Can I send my passport from Canada to Islamabad ?? or I'll have to come back to Pk for doing this ?? We're in limbo right now, dono what do to about it ..

Not a Problem...
If you get PASSPORT REQUEST for COPR, while you are in Canada, No PRoblem...
The email which will be sent for passport request will contain every possibility...for instance an excerpt is below..

Submitting your passport(s) in Canada (CPC-O):

If you and all the accompanying dependents on your application are currently in Canada and plan to be in Canada for at least three months, you may submit your passport(s) to the Case Processing Centre – Ottawa (“CPC-O”). You are required to send your passport(s) together along with a copy of this correspondence by mail or courier to the following address.

P.S... Pakistani passports can NEVER MAIL to/from PAKISTAN,..thats A LAW set by INTERIOR Ministry of Pakistan.

I was checking online and it says that they are working on applications recieved on august 5th but it was last updated on september 22nd. My wife's file was recieved in Ottawa on august 6th. Does anyone know how long will it take after this to get the first reply and will I recieve an email or a letter by mail.

Why Ottawa? didn't you send it to CPC-Mississauga? anyways, their current time is 2 months (55 days precisely) but add few days for official delays, so expect to receive SA by mid of this month. Their preferred mode of communication is email (if you have provided), otherwise will send you by snail mail.

Salam,

Can anyone please guide me through the landing process. I have a few questions.
1) Can we land in any city? We are planning on landing in Montreal although we live in Ottawa, Ontario.
2) Is the Visa that is attached in the passport the only document we need? (The passport plus visa)
3) I know we have to declare goods that we are bringing in and also intend to bring later. Should I fill out form B4?

Ans. 1: I remember reading in this forum someone from Pakistan had Alberta as province of residence and some city of it was written as the landing city on the COPR. But since, they had to catch connecting flight to that city from Toronto, they did their immigration at Toronto and then flew to their city of residence. If this is the case with you, I guess you will be ok to do the immigration at Montreal and then go to Ottawa. But if you are intending to reside in Montreal than double check with CIC before doing so.

Ans. 2: Yes, visa stamped passport and your COPR, keep them handy as you have to show them at the immigration counter, do not pack COPR in the luggage.

Ans. 3: The Canadian Customs will really appreciate it if you do so, as it will put a good impression on them and make their work easy.
