For those that have recently received PPR.

Is it still a 2 step process

Step 1- photocopy of passport with pictures to LVO

And then

Step 2- passport to islamabad


????

No its NOT. Now happens in one step only. Just the passport submission. Takes couple of weeks to get it stamped.

Can someone also let me know how do we receive PPR, is it usually through email? And who usually receives the PPR request, is it the sponsor or the applicant?

Applicant receives the PPR through email [If applicant has provided one]. If no email has been provided with details then PPR is sent through mail.

Well you should immediately contact with the concerned board, they will definitely cancel the duplicate and will clear things from the record. Again better go and clear thing from the concerned board, then send your documents. If you send the duplicate or original without first clearing things from the concerned board you will be in trouble because cic will definitely ask for verification from the concerned board.

Second my wife ask me today to go for medical before apply file , she said we have to attach medical on start when applying file.
Kindly advice me back it will be ok ?
And second where I can get the medical request .

YES you have to do an upfront medical and send it with application. Medical Request in not needed for an upfront medical. Just book with an approved medical centre.

Thanks a lot just email them my details for appointment.
Second I want to know is medical exam covered hepatitis C ? And if I have hepatitis C in past and complete my treatment and got negative it will be okay ?
And if medical exam not covered hepatitis C is I have to inform medical panel about my hepatitis C history or should hide ?
Please advice with your best experience.

In the interview email they told me that i have to fill 4 forms n take with me to the interview.
IMM 0008, IMM 5406, IMM 5669, n some pakistani National form which has heading of Travel History.

I think these all forms are submitted when we actually submitted the application. True?
Do we have to fill them same as before ???

send the copy by email, no harm in it. If they ask the original you can than latter provide with one.

Thanks for everyone's help above. One more question, is a bachelors transcript a hard requirement? I am a Canadian citizen sponsoring my wife and I have her bachelors degree but no transcript?

Yes, these are exactly those forms that were submitted at the beginning.
In my opinion, they should be filled exactly as before (specially, if there is no any change, e.g. a new family member is born etc).
If an interviewer finds a discrepancy in new forms and previously filled forms, it may weaken your case.

Moreover, If there was anything incorrect in the previously filled forms, then it should be corrected in new forms along justification.

Normally, an interview is called if the case is not straight forward, there are some things that need clarification to decide the case.
I guess, there is an ambiguity in your case. If you refill the forms, this may help VO to decide.

So decide carefully by looking at previously filled forms.

In my opinion, if duplicate academic certificates are issued, this does not mean that originals are not valid any more (this is not a passport).
I hope your plan will work: Deposit the duplicate issued certificates to London Visa office. This means, at least your visa application is 100% safe.
Now the original certificates have already been verified by UAE embassy, this means your employer does not need any verification, the UAE embassy verified certificates should be OK for them.
Even if they go for verification, I don't think there should be any problem. Employer can be satisfied, as the job and verification goes in parallel. Normally, employers understand such issues.
At your place, I will go as you have decided. I will not go to academic certificate issuing authorities, they will only complicate the matter.

The medical request should contain the following information
¨ Valid Passport No (starts with two alphabets and seven digits)
¨ Complete Name
¨ Date of Birth
¨ Contact Number in Pakistan (two valid contact numbers)
¨ Visa Category
¨ Location/City for Screening (KHI, LHR and ISB) Please do specify only one location for medical examination.
