i wish aaisa hi ho .. they are very slow now a days i see the discuss here mostly of the people quite because no progress i pray for all of them they get Visa soon

it's almost 10 days i have submitted my passport to VFS but still waiting for the visa.... Any idea how many days they required??

Hope you going well , as I found ur very helping person to every on imitation cases may Allah bless u and give u reward.
As my marriage going to be held on 9th October 2015 Insh Allah.
I am in contact with my wife ( Canadian citizen ) from last 9 months as we know each other because her sister is my cousin wife also Canadian citizen.
Another thing I wanna let u know she was got married last year but got divorce and she withdrawal her ex husband papers from visa office.
My main concern now as I have to attached call record I was live in Dubai , so I mostly use WhatsApp, Skype or Google hangout dialer to call her and talk to her.
3 months ago I back to Pakistan and cancel my dubai visa ,here I used same sources for call as they free.
I never use my official cellular number to call her expect some special times.
Now please help it will be okay if I add Google hangout history screen shots from last 9 months or I need cellular official call record.
Another question about photos I am going to celebrate mehndi without my wife it will be ok ?
And normal photos will be of ok ? Or need designed photo album ?
Please help me I will be very very thankful.
As she will sponsor me which form and documents I need to attached to apply and support my case.
Please advice and help me very worried .
also i need your advice as i was having UAE visa which i was cancel 2 months ago, so i need to send copy of my NICOP or CNIC Pakistan?

what to be filled in current mailing address ? Its adress of sponsor or of pA??

Can anyone please tell me how many days it takes to recieve remed request it was updated on my timeline that a letter is dispatched via mail, but havent recieved anything yet its already 5 days, since its dispatched as per ecas.

Whatever personal communications that you can provide to show that you have continuously remained in contact with each other.
It does not matter which app or method of communication you have used.
You would celebrate mehndi without wife??
I think it would be much better if you can do with wife, then have your nikkah the next day or soon after.
Normal photos are fine. All of the forms are posted on the CIC website.
Please check the FAQ link in my signature, there is a section for Forms and supporting documentation.
Do look at ALL of the forms.
You should send an attested copy of your NICOP and CNIC.

Does your future wife know you are positive having Hepatitis C. I really don't think they will allow you to enter Canada having this as its not curable.

Don't scare the guy The Hepatitis C virus is considered “cured” if the virus is not detected in your blood when measured with a blood test 3 months after treatment is completed. This is called a sustained virologic response (SVR) and data suggest that you will stay virus free indefinitely.

when is ur medical expiring, lvo is finalizing files of medical expiring soon first files. so if ur medical is expiring soon chances are decision made will be soon as well

My medical has been expired already. I am waiting for re-medical request. Actually i am a sponsor
sponsored my husband. He was trying to apply for visitor visa and did his medical. But later on when we realized that LVO has started processing the 2015 files. He postponed his plan. And after few days our status changed to 'in process'
So what do you think they can consider new medical even if it was for visit? I think they will get confused

PPR on 11th September
Passport sent via VFS 14th September
Passport received with COPR and visa 21st September.

Hey I want to know that I dont have a birth certificate made at the time of my birth.so should I make it now or attach the form B instead of a birth certificate.

Hey, sorry I couldn't reply to your message, it was giving me an error "can't find member m.f". I guess you need a few more posts to be able to receive messages (not sure)
