Can you share, what documents are they requesting for? It may help other group members.
You can simply reply the email that is sent to you as a documents request.

I have a question for the Nikkah only case.

When the CIC got back to you saying that they want Rukhsati proofs or else you marriage is not genuine. What did you reply back in this case? Because they give you 30 days to reply back and in case you have your rukhsati planned for few months after, you can't submit rukhsati proof pics within 30 days. What should I tell them so that my case doesn't get rejected or refused? My rukhsati is planned for next year.

I am planning on sending more proof like pics (of my recent visit), boarding pass, gift receipts and call history just to convince them that we are married and we talk everyday. I don't want them to reject or refuse my case.

Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

I got email from LVO to send passport of wife and kid after 42 months of wait Alhamdulilah.

Im a feb 25 2015 applicant. Last friday my status changed into in process and today they have sent my supporting documents back to my husband but my status is still in process. Kindly tell me what does it mean??
Im much worried .

Im a feb 25 2015 applicant. Last friday my status changed into in process and today they have sent my supporting documents back to my husband but my status is still in process. Kindly tell me what does it mean??

I can only share our experience, once they returned my husband's documents to me, within a few days they changed the status to Decision Made, then within a few days of that they sent my husband a PPR. In sha Allah I hope you will have a similar experience.

Ya we sent it 27 days go two time but no reply we Contact local many time even he said am not going to help you before 28 month which shown on cic site..................... now irs almost 40 daya ago that we got Decision made................ a
