Aoa seniors, my husband just received an email from London visa office asking for Urdu nikah nama. But our nikah Nama that we signed was in English and we have already submitted the original with our application. Should we respond with this clarification by email to them or send them a letter by post? I m thinking email is quicker. Pls suggest as soon as possible. Thanks

ALHUMDULILLAH, All grace to ALLAH (SWT) my application just changed to "In Process" today.
Slowly one step at a time all of us will get through this.

So my next question is how long does it take from this process onwards?

It can take up to 12 months so if you are lucky maybe end of yr or beginning of next yr max mid next yr

My wife got her remedical done on 14-sept. Any idea for next step and how long it should take for ppr?

2014 applicant may take up to 6 to 9 months

When we first applied, we sent in our Marriage Certificate and English Nikah Nama. Months later we had the same request from LVO - but they wanted our Urdu Nikah Nama and another official copy/original of our Marriage Certificate (not sure if they lost our original or what). We luckily DID have our URDU Nikah Nama however, so my husband sent them the original urdu nikah nama and marriage certificate via courier to London and we also replied to them via email with these scanned documents (I don't think it hurt at all to reply both ways as we have received our PPR since). Did you submit a Marriage Certificate as well?? We had to also resubmit the marriage certificate, my husband got the official copy from Nadra and sent it along with our Urdu Nikah Nama.

We are also 2014 applicants. My husband had his remed done in early August, and received PPR in September, Alhamdulillah.

Hopefully everyone will be reunited quickly inshallah.

I am New this forum, I want to discuss my case and want you all to help me out.
My husband is canadian citizen, and I am pakistani. My husband applied for my immigration in canada. We submitted our documents this month (sep 2015 ), my medical was done on 2 june 2015, due to some problem we couldn't file our documents in june, so we filed this month. But the problem is I didnot submitted my polio vaccination certificated to medical centre dur to the problem, and when I contact them they said that your medical report was submitted just after two days of medical, they asked me to submitted with my immigration documents so I have to send polio certified to my husband but he did submitted my immigration documents. Now what should I do to submitt my polio certificate?
Shall I send to my husband ?

Why u need to send polio certificate with document? It will need during travel only.

If medical center did not check for polio certificate, then its no problem.
You will just need for when you are travelling.
