Hi we got notes today and it shows that on Sept/2014 we did premedical and on Oct/2014 they have asked us for ppr and then on Feb again ask for Feb/2015 worst thing is that we never received the mail and this is the worst thing we find out check out your mail stuff too may be you hear good news Good Luck .

Do u mean that u didn't receive ur ppr mail while notes indicates that it was sent to u?
Your time line shows ur visa has been issued already so did they send u ppr again??
Please clear it's confusing

Hi,

My mailing address (in Canada) has been changed. We (me and my parents) moved to another place. I updated the address via CIC website. They have updated my "home address", but the mailing address has not been updated. I have updated it one more time. Now it has been almost three months and it is still not reflected on the CIC website. Any suggestion? Should I leave it and wait for any response or should I call them to update their records?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have quite similar time line as ur and I did remedical in june but I haven't got any update after. .I applied through lawyer. ...my only concern is can my lawyer negligence affect my case....so far he informed us for whatever was required and we submitted on time. ...and just recently he said I have to wait another few months like up to 6...

Dearest Members,

I want to confirm 1 thing, I got my Visa but before moving to Canada me and my wife decided to stay in Dubai for few days. I just want to confirm is there any problem if get Visa for Dubai and Visit it before entering into Canada.

-- We started processing your application on September 3, 2014.
-- A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
-- We sent you correspondence on July 3, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
--Medical results have been received.


my application was rejected be i didn't receive any request for medical, but they review the decision and now my application is again in the process,

i have already submitted the medical and now they have requested me to Submit original KSA Police clearance certificate (Because i am in Saudi arabia for job), but still i haven't receive any instruction from them. and 3 months have passed,

can somebody help me about the case to speed up the process, already almost 3 years have passed.

Write to LVO to send you the official Medical Assessment letter for KSA police. This you have to take to the Saudia police to get their certificate.

I see ur case status is already in process... Still they replied you that ur file is awaiting officers view? Doesn't status changes to in process wen officer is already working on it??

The eCAS changed to "In Process" on Aug 10, only after we send them CSE. I guess they are either working on Background/security or medical assessment. Forum members please share your input.

If the kids are travelling on a Canadian passport to Canada, they do not require a NICOP to travel.
You can verify this with helpline number of the airport: 111-345-786.

They need either NICOP or a stamp by FIA on their Canadian Passports.

Why was ur application rejected? N wen was it rejected? Did u request them to review it again or u had to apply all over again?

they said that they requested for a re-medical 2 times, 1st time last year in July and 2nd time in February,
Bu the issue was that i didnt receive any mail from them(Not even in junk mails : ) so they rejected the file and told me to appeal if i want.

but I requested them to reconsider my case as it was not my fault, first they ignored but then i contacted the MP of Windsor,ON Canada for this issue,, after his request they reconsidered.

ECAS status: Decision made checked on 20th August 2015. Whats next? How would i know that the decision is positive or negetive. It went straight from app received to decision made.

Write to LVO to send you the official Medical Assessment letter for KSA police. This you have to take to the Saudia police to get their certificate.

LVO already sent the instruction to my address, but still haven't received any,
i emailed them again that i didn't receive any instruction , so they asked me for a alternate address, i sent them my office address in riyadh as i dont have any other confirmed address.

but still no response from them,

i went to Canadian embassy in Riyadh and asked them if i can get instruction and a letter, they said that they need to receive a letter from my visa office for requesting a letter.

but still no answer from the LVO..
