Hi Muzmurad,

You actually don't need to physically mail it.
After you made the online payment, fill out the information on the receipt. Scan it (i prefer pdf).
In the FAQ link, that is in my signature you will find the email address for CPC Missisauga.
In the subject line put: *Urgent* RPRF Fee File# xxxxxxx
Give your explanation in the message body.
Copy and paste the original message you received from CHC London.
Attach your completed receipt.

Reply back to your email for CHC London and do the same.

Other people have sent email, without problem.

Ideally, you would want to pay upfront to avoid delays (i.e. processing payment, having visa officer to re-visit your file)

Mercy, you are truly amazing. I have done as suggested and hopefully this makes it quicker than snail mail (regular mail).

No, this is the first that I have heard. Really surprised that they have messed up on the medical.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Hi Dears,
• Which time line is applicable upon me, 40 months of ISB office or 28 months of LVO?
• At the time of application transferred it was 27 months at ISB and increased 29, 30, 32, 39 and 40
• Then my file transferred at LVO on Feb 2014 ant time was 11 months, now is 28 months.
• So now which time is applicable upon me 40, 28, 11 ?

LVO time period is applicable on u.... I wonder u are waiting since 2012?? :/ thats really a long time... Why havent u yet applied for notes or sent an inquiry??
I see u did ur re medical back in 2014 n usually they dont take long after re medical but in ur case even re medical seems to be expiry :/
I think u should immediately submit a case specific enquiry

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Oh shit even re medical is expired in samDous case, mine was done about 6-7 months ago and I'm worried but this is just another example of what CIC is capable of, specially a simple case like yours.

i inquired many times through E-mail and MPA, the answer is same (security/routine backgrounds are under process)

Ordered notes in 29 Dec 2014, every thing is clear (like relation is genuine, eligibility passed etc) but at that time security/routine background checks were not started.

On request of LVO i submitted detailed CV and information about last Govt. job on April 2015

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Aoa friends,

I am currently waiting for my PPR and I have couple of questions regarding passport submission.

1- Do we need to deposit any fee before going to VAC for passport submission?

2- My passport is going to expire in Nov 2016 so should I get fresh/renewed passport before submitting it or one year validity is fine?

Thank you.

Salam, if you have not paid your total fee for Processing get it done ASAP. This maybe delaying your process. You can renew your PP in Canada as its expiring in 2016 of November. I pray all goes well In Sha Allah.......

1) I believe its the passport transmission fee 1550 PKR you will need to pay there at VAC.

2) If the need arise, you can get it renewed at the Pakistan Consulate in Canada.
