Little curios about the notes.
It has been 22 days after applying for NOTES and haven’t heard anything.
I only receive confirmation email right away, but afterwards no email, Is that normal???

What option you selected? i.e. Email / Snail mail (Physical file)?
Email:
Normally it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get GCMS/CAIPS notes from CIC from the day when CIC receives application, however, it may take one or two weeks more or less depending upon the work load in CIC.
Physical file:
If you request a copy of the physical file then this could potentially cause a slight delay

Question regarding medical fee:

My husband was requested to have a second medical done in Lahore, Pakistan. As the time in Lahore is now late evening, the panel physician's office is closed - can anyone here tell me what the fee is for the medical exam? I'm just anxious to get this organized as soon as possible, otherwise I would patiently wait until the morning in Lahore ;D

Make sure to take your original Passport, 2 photocopies of first 2 pages, NIC, "recent" 2 photographs, letter from CIC or remed email from Delhi VO and information about your medical history. (if any)

I submitted my passport last week before eid holidays and today got an email that your processed passport has been dispatched to visa application centre for collection. Normally it takes a month atleast to get stamped... m confused is thr any objection or is it visa .... can't wait till morning to find out!!!

No buddy....it normal....Follow the email that you received from vfs(auto generated email). It should clearly say that your application has been forwarded to the Canada visa office.......If you check the status on vfs global website their statement makes the clients confused.
2 weeks is a good approximation.....
So don't be panic.....chill

So they have not updated the ECAS???
COPR is Confirmation of Permanent Residence document that comes back with your passport.
What were the additional docs requested and when?

Hi everyone
Does anyone know approx. how long it takes to get
Passport request after DM on ecas...our medical date is at the end of july...but ecas has chabged to DM today...so if anyone jas an idea..wud be approciated.

That is really bizarre!!!
A DM before the re-medical is completed.
It comes to show that CIC is not systemic and anything goes.
No order, no organization, no timely updates to ECAS and no accountability.

There is a possibility that medical is extended in this case. That does happen too with CIC.

Takes 30 days +/- a day or two, from that date of request.
