Hi Warzo, What is meant by "A masters degree is evaluated at the bachelors level"? Can you please elaborate? Let's say I have a Masters degree in Engineering from Australia, What wil be the procedure then?

Australian degrees are recognized as is. A masters is a masters. I am referring to those completed in Pak. You will need to get them evaluated. A simple MA is sometimes is same as bachelors here. Our bachelors are 4 yrs long in most cases.

My question is that my nikah took in 2012 .husbnd aaply for sponsership in July 2014 and mention that complete wedding not only nikah case. Our ruhsuti held in jan 2015.. For whole year we can't hear anything from LVO. we order notes! In qnotes they recomend for interview and demand pix of rukhsuti.. The problem is that if we provide the rukhsuti photos that was new and we are change because there is gap between nikah and marriage 3 years
Kindly advised me we should we provide them photos or not?? Anyone guide me thnxxxx

1more thing if m sending through Canada Post express post should I use the private courier address?

Canada Post is not a private courier.
If using Canada Post then use the address with PO Box.

Hi,
You should definitely send rukhsati pictures because otherwise it maybseem that you are hiding something and the relationship isn't genuine.

There is a 2 and half year gap between our nikah and ruksati as well. However, we applied after ruksati and sent all the pics (nikah and ruksati) and i also mentioned in the application the reason why there is sucha big gap ( i was a full time student and wanted to complete my studies before ruksati). I really hope they dont call us for interview inshallah. :

Send them the rukhsati pictures that's very important they MIGHT not conduct an interview after seeing them because right now they dont have a proof of your complete marriage, its just written right? Send them the pictures asap so it doesn't cause more delays and yes they contact you just before your one year completes. Did you do an upfront medical when you filed the application and paid the residency fee?

1. I sent updates of my visit (sponsor) to Pakistan and Umrah with my wife to them voluntarily and it helped me as I can see it in notes that they mentioned about it. That sponsor visited and they both went on a religious pilgrimage to Saudia Arabia. I passed my eligibility so I can safely say voluntarily sent info helps.

So gather all the travel tickets, receipts of shopping (as gifts), hotel bookings, dinning out receipts and good amount of pictures of places visited including selfies of just you guys. Also add pictures of your Pakistan visit for the wedding and mention the event on the back of the picture. Collect all that and a cover letter with details of the visit and send them voluntarily.

Thank you so much, i will start collecting additional docs now. my husband sends me every month pocket money i think i should include that as well.

Does anyone with a Dependent Child who has sent PP via VFS service can confirm me please if they get 2 tracking numbers or just 1 (1 for wife and 1 for child)? Also is it normal to pay same amount of fees for dependent child too even if it should be send in 1 package as instructed by CIC ?

I check my status saying processed passport has been dispatched from Visa office to VAC or VFS on July 10th 2015 . but I call Vfs and they told me either you can go and check you might get it or wait for call not sure my be still in transit from Islamabad to Karachi ?

any idea ?

It's better if you wait for their call... U can also check ur email ... Cuz they send an email as well whenever there is a change.

i submit RPRF fees through standard chartered bank in Karachi 22 Jan 2015 after 2 month april they send me again request to submit RPRF fees i send them scan copy plus TCS courier delivery tracking report but again last month 17th June they send me remedial plus remainder to submit that RPRF fees again,my remedical Done on 3rd July 2015 , now m waiting for there next reply not getting why they asking for that feeds again and again which i already paid

anyone help plz ecas status still showing In process all process is complete plus passport copy and height and eye color also send them by request already final process is going on

I suggest using both email and case specific enquiry to send the landing fee receipt. There have been cases where negligent staff have misplaced documents sent by direct mail, order notes to confirm addition of everything to your file.
