I have sent the request for remedical and IOM have scheduled us for the date after 2 weeks. Although we clearly mentioned and requested that we need to comply within 7 days of this request.
As in the email that we received they clearly mentioned that we need to comply with this request in 7 days. Would that be ok? Any experience?

Do either of us have to be account holders of Habib Bank?

sender should have an account in habib Canadian bank to send without fee. to maintain no fee current account one should have balance of CAD 200 in account.

Receiver account can be in any bank in Pakistan. doesn't have to be with habib bank. above bank in Canada isn't owned by habib bank of Pakistan.

hey you just need to contact IOM within 7. days.

Just thinking ahead. INSHA ALLAH this time would come too .

What happen if my pregnant wife comes in Canada in its 8th Month of pregnancy, I know I have to get her Provincial health card as the very first thing. and after that doctors and delivery will be on that card. I have one more question as would there be any repercussions of not having employee benefits on delivery.? as I am on a contract and I personally bought benefits plan from "alberta blue cross". ?

Thanks Rizwan16......That's what I was under the impression of....But in the email they asked to contact PP and comply with the request within 7 days.......Doesn't that mean Medical also needs to be done within 7 days beside appointment?

No you just have to comply with the request eithin 7 days. My wofe had same thing we had our appointment 2 weeks later.

I know from my employer that the health benefits coverage apply if your spouse has provincial government health coverage.
I know in Ontario there are low cost birthing centers that are manned by midwives.
Also, if you have applied and you know you qualify but are just waiting for the provincial card. Some hospitals will accept these patients.
I imagine it would be the same in Alberta.
I also recommend you discuss with the Health Ministry when you are picking up or submitting your health card application. The employees are normally quite knowledgeable.

Salam, just a quick note here but Airlines hardly ever allow women to fly after 7 months of pregnancy. Its to dangerous as the high pressure in the plane can bring the labour on....

I didn't do an Upfront Medical Exam, and have now been asked in SA Approval email to do it and submit directly to London Visa Office.

Does anyone know their mailing address? Is this the one?

just wondering if LVO sends AOR2, if not how do you check your e status i mean do you use sponsor UCI and his DOB. n if it does then after how long from transferring your file to LVO.

There is no second AOR. You can think of your sponsor approval letter as your "acknowledgement" that its at LVO.
When you receive your AOR, you check ECAS anytime after this. You may have to wait up to a week for them to update ECAS with your new UCI number.

I know I have checked with several major airlines they allow from 28 to 32 months with a doctor's written permission. Some allow till 36 with that letter, and there are exceptions (like emirates) allow after 36th month too with a review by their own medical board. I know it will be hard and depends when the process is complete I am just preparing for every scenario which could occur in advance.
