Hello everyone!
Just a quick question what day n time ecas usually updates the status and what day or time it will be in Pakistan?

Normally, Tuesday afternoon in Canada Eastern Time.
But updates have also been known to come other times of the week.

How do I order notes?

1. Visit https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en
2. Scroll down and check the box "I have read, understood and agree with the above Privacy Notice." and Submit.
3. Select CIC from the drop down. (first field)
4. Select Individual/Corportation present in Canada (Second drop down)
5. Fill in your details (Self explanatory)
6. Select Member of public for "Select the category that best describes you"
7. select "E-mail" for "How would you prefer to receive the requested records" ( choose the mode you are comfortable with)
8. Continue to next page.
9. You dont need to attach any additional documents, unless you want to prove something.
10. Select Privacy Act in next page
11. Submit the final request. Once you submitted the request, wait for one month.

Just wanted to share my timeline with everyone!
I am a Nikkah only case.
I am a Canadian Citizen and my wife is Pakistani Citizen.

Application Filed: June 4th, 2014
Sponsor Approval and File Transfer: July 30th, 2014
Re-Med Request: Not yet

I just got my Rukhsati and Valima done in the first week of March and just sent all the proof (pics, receipts, etc.) before they asked for them.
I will update when I receive more correspondence from LVO.

Hi

Have you paid Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490 ? I forgot to pay it and that cause some bit of delay as well.

Receipt can be emailed to CPC Mississauga or mailed in. I emailed mine. They do not send confirmation if they got it or not just automatic reply but you can call their office to confirm if they got the receipt or not.

Another quick question. When LVO asks for re-med or anything else do they do it via email or do they send letters to the applicants home?

They will email you coming from @international.gc.ca I got mine from DELHIMEDICAL/MEDICAL@international.gc.ca

As per the current trend I assume Nikkah only cases are a bit on a delay than regular marriage cases, as most of the Nikkah only cases were asked for Rukhsati proves and eventually after that asked for interview.

Take it this way , if you give a close look at the spreadsheet you are after me and RRHHDD who are next to get any correspondence from them. So its just nearby . I know it will not be a PPR but take it in steps and first wait for just a correspondence.

I think they also unfortunately pushed your file back because of the additional proof they required. I have seen most cases here get pushed back which needed additional proof and/or rukhsati.

Now when they will pick up my file again...

Do you think that chances for interview are high for us? We sent in a lot of proof and pictures.
Such as receipts of Hall bookings, Brides Dresses, Suits, Rings, Professional Photographers and so forth.
Also all of our family is in the pictures and I labelled all the pictures and was sure to highlight the Rukhsati and Valima Events.

hi guys i bought my wife's and daughter's ticket from canada is that an issue? its eticket anyways.

there wont be any issue. however, ur daughter can keep nadra B-form with her. incase there is any issue she can use b-form to prove her relationship with credit card holder. airlines verify credit card info only to avoid credit card theft. you are fine as long as you can prove whose credit card n ur relationship with card holder

It's good that you sent the information voluntarily and with the proofs you mentioned I don't think it will be a problem, order notes after 2 weeks to see what they have done with the information you provided. May ALLAH help us all

anyone whose file got transferred in july got ppr???????

My husband also got a remedical request on Feb. 26th and was only asked to provide X-rays. Our timeline is as follows:
App filed: April 24, 2014
App transferred to LVO: June. 25, 2014
Remed request: Feb. 26, 2015
Remeds done: Mar. 11, 2015

Now I'm waiting for the PPR2. I hope it comes soon inshaAllah! All the best

btw the status was changed to "in process" feb.5,2015. Have you heard from LVO yet? Has your status changed?
