no rukhsati.. i m nikah only case...

we provided some more nikah ceremony picx and viber watsapp n skype call details.. gifts details etc...

hi guys i bought my wife's and daughter's ticket from canada is that an issue? its eticket anyways.

No issues at all..but EMIRATES for instance sometimes (not always )ask for the Credit card u booked the ticket, so its good to confirm from airlines..
btw whats the airline??

don't worry inshallah everything gonna be fine. we don't know how they r working. so its better to relax and wait otherwise stress and frustration will just make you depress.

i dont know what kind of games they r playing with me... lol...

Doesnt make sense. Make sure to have your wife look for emails from international.gc.ca, just to make sure that no emails were missed. If not, then you should order notes immediately, it will already take over a month to hear back from them.

I think they also unfortunately pushed your file back because of the additional proof they required. I have seen most cases here get pushed back which needed additional proof and/or rukhsati.

Just wanted to share my timeline with everyone!
I am a Nikkah only case.
I am a Canadian Citizen and my wife is Pakistani Citizen.

Application Filed: June 4th, 2014
Sponsor Approval and File Transfer: July 30th, 2014
Re-Med Request: Not yet

I just got my Rukhsati and Valima done in the first week of March and just sent all the proof (pics, receipts, etc.) before they asked for them.
I will update when I receive more correspondence from LVO.

Also you can get Indemnity Form and this states your husband/wife paid this in Canada. You really should not have a problem at all In Sha Allah

when you make online payment using credit card for ticket usually it is mentioned that the passenger travelling should have a credit card on his name or one of accompanying member that's why there are so many travel agents... it will be good if you call directly to airline customer service and confirm with them whats their policy regarding this....
