Guys I have Rec GCMS Notes after more than 60 days of my Interview (March, 09, 2016).. I also Ordered Notes back in Jan 2016 Before My Interview as well , In both notes I found alot of Difference ...

Notes Before Interview ;

ASSESSMENTS

Eligibilty : In Progress
Securtiy :
HIV :
Criminality : Pass
Organised Crime :
Medical : Passed (Expired)

The Notes I Ordered after interview to See if I have Passed interview or not . I found thr is NO ANY ASSESSMENTS , i could not find anything on Notes about if I have passed interview , In notes I did not find a single thing about my Interview, I found

Assigned to : EM0094
Assigned by : RO0316
Due date : 2016/03/18

that means some body work on my file on 03/18/2016 after my interview ... My question if some body work on file after interview and before I ordered Note , why Notes does not tell anything about My interview ? All I know is Some body look into file and now it is undergoing background checks since last 2 months .

Hello Brothers,

I have looked over the excel sheet for the timelines and noticed most cases there were being processed between 8-12 months, However it isn't that big of a sample... I guess not everyone post there timelines :'(. However, I just wanted to get some old members input if that's really what the time lines is nowadays for most cases. Some people over here are talking about interviews and one person has been waiting since 2014 ??? ???...that's kind of scary..

hi . I got passport request today . I live in Lahore but in email visa officer has mention to submit it in Islamabad . Where do I have to submit it ? And what is appendix A form ?

they must have sent you appendix A form as a attachment with the PPR email.
Send it through lahore office they will forward your passport to islamabad. I had to send it through karachi office.
You can call to lahore office to confirm. You can't send passport via courier, as courier is not acceptable to them.
Unless otherwise you go to islamabad office to submit.

my husband is in Canada he came 2 months ago and we got married then he went back after a month...

Now i am going to fill my documents (do i have to do medical with my documents?) or they will send me the medical request at the start?

i tried call them no one pick up the phone they mentioned on website

so what is the best way to reach them for upfront medical

is there any one who have Lahore medical centre number for Canadian medical

You have to do the medical upfront, meaning before submitting the application. To schedule an appointment, send an email to canmedpk@iom.int with the following information:

· Valid Passport No (starts with two alphabets and seven digits)
· Complete Name
· Date of Birth
· Contact Number in Pakistan (two valid contact numbers)
· Location/City for Screening (KHI, LHR and ISB)

Hello F-Ray, your message is exactly mine just a few days ago lolz..I will be applying for my wife who is in Islamabad so it would be good to see each others progress since Inshallah we will be probably be in the same batch of files for May/June. You have to do medical upfront and everything police certificate etc.

And yes as per @snow reply, you have to email them to the address mentioned and provide them with those details they will email back with instructions.

Hello everyone I am Aug 2013 applicant had interview in Nov 2015.
Alhamdulillah finally yesterday i got passport request

I jus want to confirm that Appendix A form is the attached one with ppr?
I wil put my information n sponsor's and as i hav no children so Not applicable will be written.
Whatelse i need to submit n take with me

Passport original n copy
Letter printout
Appendix A form which is in email.
N 2 photos

Is that okay??

My husband has gotten his re medical but he recently developed a urine infection. He is taking medicines and antibiotics and it's healing slowly. Would that have any sort of an effect on the medical examination since its in two days.

Kindly need your replies. Thanks!
