Can anyone tell me what is required for an application for NICOP? I am visiting soon and I want to get one instead of getting a visa every single time...

This is from the Nadra site:
A NICOP applicant is required to produce the following documents at the time of application:
Birth Certificate or
Old NIC or
Matriculation Certificate or
CNICs of immediate relatives or
Passport (mandatory in case of new)

BUT...

I would check by getting in touch with your nearest Pakistani consulate.

Im october 28 2015 applicant im sponsor nothing after file transfer
They started case processing. On 14 jan
Still waiting for something..
I dont know if spreadsheet is not bieng updated or what but im seeing only on 26 sep case getting re med request

The majority of Oct and Nov 2015 applicant are still waiting for correspondence from LVO but they are approaching next.
Whatever information has been sent to me, I have updated on the spreadsheet.

Hi

Please sm1 help me. I sponsored my husband in december 2014 and received the approval letter in march 2015. After that in December 2015 I received an email from the cic saying Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative has been forwarded to the visa office in London for further processing. How long will it take now? And will they ask for a remedical? We sent the medical with the application papers in december 2014. I am a canadian citizen and I have sponsored my husband from pakistan.

Anyone who applied in October or November 2015 have got any email regarding additional documents, interview or decision made??
I applied in 1st week of October 2015 and haven't got any correspondence after transfer of file to LVO.

same here, i applied late oct 2015 i was looking for someone with the same dates so we could update on status etc

I havent gotten any info or response since file was transferred. it's been more than 2 months since & it's still "in process"
& i know people'l say its still so soon to say but i know a handful of people, AND people on this forum...yes, (if u look at their timelines with their profile) that had their WHOLE PROCESS done within the span of 9-11 months or let's just say roughly in less than a year!

WOAHH??? did it really take from march 2015 to dec 2015 to get an AOR?
that's like almost 10 months just for saying ur app has been transferred! more wait yet to come!!! OMG really!???

Hey guys we r doing a Twitter campaign tomorrow starting at 9:00 am please please try to take part we need to raise awareness to these processing times. Also follow your MPs and tag them in your post and use #cdnpoli. This is a change to voice your concerns. We paid a lot of money to get these applications in so we deserve reasonable wait times.

yo i so agree man. this is so depressing. we pay the amount they ask for no questions and yet some people get delays for no reason as compared to others. (it's different if the app isnt complete or any other case specific issues) but still

we should start a whatsApp or facebook group tho. i dont have twitter. imma hit up Mercy for that...js.

At the end of my interview they were having concerns and did not take my Passport as well, also she said she will E-mail with in 30 days.. she said the documents we submitted to them at the time of interview she well go through them and then make decision. So it refusal or what ??

The immigration lady did,not look into our stuff for any thing and didn't ask for any thing , not even application forms, and police certificate or photos. Actually we had lot of Skype viber and email record , about 150 pics along with tittles on top of every envelop . Every thing was well organized . She took every thing and said that she will look into every thing and let us know by the end of the month . I'm worried like you too ???

Officer asked me for the document that they Requested us .

duno what is gonna happen. we gave her alot as well like Sk, phone records , Email , receipt , itineraries etc .... i m depressed . ???
