on oct 13, 2015 they asked for urdu nikah nama with translation. My nikah form is in english
I also wrote a coverletter, I told them forms are from Canada and there is no urdu nikah nama.
Will it be a problem. Please help I am really worried

It won't be a problem. You just have you explain them you don't have one in Urdu.
I aslo sent them English Nikah Namah and marriage certificate. They asked me for Urdu Nikah Namah 'if I have one'.
So just tell them in cover letter . Good luck

Just a thought, as my friend is 2014 Dec applicant...

How come 2014 applicant has not received DM yet, but early 2015 applicants are getting DMs.

Honestly, I think they are doing it fast so they don't have to take the time of a remedical. Another thing is that it could just be plain luck and destiny whatever Allah has in-store for you no one can change that.

Hello,

My wife completed her upfront medical today. They did not provide any results. They said they will forward it to the Canadian High Commission in a couple of days? How does this work? How / where do I mention in my application that the medical was completed?

On the checklist there should be medical written somewhere just check it. If it's not written do not worry. They will automatically add it to your file. I am pretty sure it's on the checklist

The documents are sent directly to the sponsor. Are you currently in Canada?

Yes you might be right to some extent, but they are not really missing remed option, as I'm Mar-15 applicant and my med was done in oct-14 so they ask me to do remed in Oct-15 as soon as I did it, they sent me back my originals and today they changed my ECAS status from In process to Decision Made.
Secondly I think if I would have joined this forum earlier than surely my RPRF would have been paid earlier, but I just did it today i guess this also cost me 2-3 weeks delay.

but still progress with remed is still going fine.
I wish my later steps get completed much quickly and regarding all bros and sisters who are here awaiting for their Visas may they also have it much more quicker.

1. Re-Med Request= 01-Oct-15
2. Re-Med Done= 19-Oct-15
3. Originals Returned = 21-Oct-15
4. PR Status changed from In process to Decision Made = 26-Oct-15

I came to know that CIC-MISSISSAUGA never send an email confirming the receipt of documents (As I sent my file 20 days ago but never got any email till today) but someone mentioned in this forum earlier (may be Paknew) that he/she got 1st email in few days confirming receipt of documents in CIC office.

Please reply with appropriate answer.

Hi

You will get the email only if you send it through registered mail. The first email from CIC will come to the sponsor in approximately 60 to 65 days, which will state that your are approve to sponsor your spouse and that your file has been forwarded to London visa office (for Pakistani applicant). Be patient and keep your fingers crossed.
