You have to fill it only for the principal applicant because principal applicant is the one who’s applying for visa. You won’t write spouse under the spouse section if he/she is the sponsor. Will somebody who has submitted their passport and received it back, give some insight on how appendix A is to be done.
Is it just one copy done for the applicant, and in the spouse section the sponsor will be filled in. Or is it two copies for some reason with the same information. Just seems redundant. Again, somebody who has already passed this step, shed some light please. Thank you.
thank you, they only mentioned to send both for IMM5562, so should I just fill spouse section or also fill another form because they said both. The ADRs that can be asked for can vary from case to case, so confirm everything from the email you received after reading my response.
IMM 5569 is only for the applicant - one form
IMM5406 not sure why they asked for this. Maybe you forgot to send it initially, or they found something off. But when this form is sent in the initial package, it is sent for both applicant and sponsor. They should have mentioned in the email if they are expecting it for both.
IMM 5562 the form will be filled out by the applicant. There is a spouse column so the applicant's sponsor will be filled in that section.
Client information - try to put as much information as you can. Chats, call screenshots, photos you weren't able to send in the initial 20.
Hope this helps
Ya so if they asked for both, than fill out one for each accordingly. I can't remember exactly, but I might have filled out for both as well.thank you, they only mentioned to send both for IMM5562, so should I just fill spouse section or also fill another form because they said both.
for other forms. the did not mention anything so I assume it would be for applicant only ?
no they don't. we had to sent in the original cause my wife resides in Afg.Do they send it back after the process is complete and my spouse has arrived?
Where does it say "Counterfoil" - Under Sponsor or Applicant category on the notes?Re: What is counter file required? GMCS Notes
I don't think they need original marriage certificate a copy would be fine because you may need your original marriage certificate for your own useno they don't. we had to sent in the original cause my wife resides in Afg.
Different countries different requirements
Correct!I don't think they need original marriage certificate a copy would be fine because you may need your original marriage certificate for your own use

Counter foil?Re: What is counter file required? GMCS Notes
It is in the form of a small sticker (counterfoil) placed on a page in your passport. It is sometimes referred to as an entry visa or a visitor visa. The document gives you the ability to travel to a Canadian port of entry and to be examined for entry to Canada.Re: What is counter file required? GMCS Notes
