CPCM (Case Processing Centre Mississauga) will send you an email about sponsorship approval. They will also let you know that they have forwarded your application to London Visa Office for further processing.
If you have not provided them with your email then you will receive a letter in mail.

Sir they send me this email :

"This confirms that your application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2014/01/24 on behalf of the following member(s):"

in which they mention file number and UCI number but UCI number is not working while i use file number to check my application status from service canada!

AOA, every one i am new to this forum well i would like to ask some regarding my application i applied my spousal sponsor ship in 24 jan 2014.
when i have check the status of my application online it shows two notification which are:

your application is received on 24-01-2014.

your medical results have been received.

what does that means there no confirmation that my case or my file is transfer to london visa office.

how do i know that my file transfer to LVO.

Please help me to find my answer

The sponsor should have received a sponsor approval letter/email from CPC Mississauga. On that letter, they will indicate the case file has been transferred to the London Visa Office.
If you haven't, you can contact CPC Mississauga.

I am voting for NDP for sure,

Liberals have stupid policies, where they are supporting the rich not poor or middle class. That is very stupid.

NDP all the way. In alberta elections 2 months ago NDP wiped conservative out of power.

Give them a call to book an appointment. They usually take a week max.

My wife walked into the IOM and they took her medical on the spot. But better is to call and get an app.

My wife walked into the IOM and they took her medical on the spot. But better is to call and get an app.

Its just chest xray so i dont think they will take too long.
By the way what do we have to expect after remedical?
They asked me additional documents last friday (relationship proof, pictures and communication record) and today i get re medical request.

It is just chest x-ray but they will send you out to pvt laboratories for other exams as well.
Ask them if they need recent photos too. As my wife was told to come with recent photos.

Thanks for letting me know. Can i just call IMO and ask what documents do i need before i go to there office for remedical?
As i live in Tandojam close to hyderabad. Its kinda 2.5 hours drive to karachi.

Here is my time line
Application sent : sept 11 2014
File transfer to LVO: oct 15 2014
Additional doc request : Aug 7 2015
Additional docs sent : aug 14 2015
Re-Medical request : aug 21 2015

Cic website still shows application receieved.
